Extremely easy to use kit, I would definitely recommend.
This resincrete was easy to mix, easy to use, and fun too! The price means it's affordable for making projects, and the quick cure time enables you to create items faster than with normal epoxy resin. With one part (by weight) of the resincrete mixed with one part (by weight) of water, mixing is easy and the shrinkage when drying is minimal. It's a white powder, so it does take quite a bit of the dye to colour the resincrete, but the quality that comes out of your moulds is well worth it. I love this stuff, and, because it's sold in this beginner kit size it makes it perfect for crafters, whatever your level.

Beginner friendly
Excellent kit for beginner really easy to use. Although I didn't make enough mix for the mold I was using (one of my own) and had to make up another batch it doesn't leave layer lines. The white spots on picture are because I didn't colour the 2nd batch but as it's just for my own use I don't mind about the flaws. Already ordered more resincrete and looking forward to making some more things with my granddaughter. (Also found calculator on Jdiction website so I mix the right amount in future 😊)

Great alternative to epoxy resin
I bought this as my niece is always asking to help me make things with epoxy resin but I'm reluctant due to the safety aspects. This is a great alternative, it's safe and easy to use. Double check your weights when measuring it, I almost did the wrong ratio (and yes, all that powder will mix into that small amount of water!) It mixes easily and is a lovely creamy consistency. We only used the coaster mold for our first try and didn't add any of the colourant. If you're used to using epoxy resin you'll need to adjust to the short working time, you can't leave it in the mixing cup for ten minutes. We took the coaster out of the mold after an hour and it was solid, absolutely amazing! We figured out that the little tub of wax that is included is for sealing the pieces. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase. I'd definitely buy again and I'd like to experiment with using it alongside epoxy resin, I think some unique pieces could be made.

Simple to use, fast demould time, smooth bubble free finish....
I usually use resin but over the colder months it takes a really long time to cure so I purchased this Resincrete starter kit to try as an alternative and I have to say I'm impressed. It will never completely replace resin for me but it is a great alternative for many of my projects. It's very simple to use. For every 100g of powder add 30g of water (it's very important that you measure by weight not volume) and then stir it together. It looks as though there is an awful lot of powder compared to water but it will all mix in and unlike resin, you mix this quickly until it's smooth for 60-90 seconds. The resincrete dries to a pure white matte finish and the set comes with five pigments to colour your projects with. Red, green, blue, yellow and black. You can use these on their own or combine them to make different colours for example add both red and yellow together to make orange. You can also use mica powder or acrylic pigments to colour the resincrete but NOT resin pigments. Since the resincrete itself is white though, you do end up with more pastel looking colours at the end. You could also just use it as it is and then use acrylic paints to paint it afterwards. Once it's mixed you get approximately 8-10 minutes of working time so make sure you have all your moulds and pigments ready to use straight away, especially if your mould is detailed as once the mixture starts to thicken it will be harder to get it into the fine details. However if used straight away it's very thin and flows perfectly smooth and runny enough, (almost like water) to start off with so gets into the details really well. The finished results are really smooth, bubble free and have a decent weight to them. You get three moulds to try out within the kit. All are good quality silicone and easy to demould. You can demould your project in just 30 minutes but I left mine a little longer than that just to be on the safe side. You get everything in this kit that you could possibly need to get started with Resincrete. 100g powder, 2x measuring cups, a scoop, 3x moulds, 5x pigments 2x pairs of gloves, a stiring stick, some sandpaper and some wax. The only thing missing is a proper instruction leaflet. Granted the instructions for use are pretty simple and explained on the back of the bag, but there's nothing whatsoever to explain what the wax is for. I'm assuming it's to seal your projects from spillages to use on coasters for example. But it would be handy to know the best way to apply it, a rough idea how much to use and whether it needs one coat or two. Other than that, I can't fault this kit. I've made a few simple pieces with it and they've turned out great but I'm yet to experiment with adding extras to my projects like I do with resin so that's next on my agenda and I'm keen to see what I can do with it. As i said, I wouldn't totally give up using resin for this resincrete but I will certainly use this for many projects going forward because it's just so simple and quick. Bonus points because my nine year old daughter can do it with me since it's none toxic. It's great stuff.

Fantastic product
This resincrete is great easy to mix and add colour and once set is so smooth to touch, the items I have made are lovely and have bought this again, so much quicker set than resin and water based so easy to clean tubs, it is a bit more expensive which is the only downside
