The Cornet MD18 RF Detector is designed for a quick measurement of Radio Frequency “RF” electromagnetic field strength or power level in living and work spaces. It is a broadband measuring instrument with a frequency range from 1 MHz to 8 GHz. The built in frequency counter is helpful to identify which digital frequencies you are being exposed to (between 100 MHz and 2.4 GHz) which aids in source identification. This meter will give a home or business owner a basic understanding of RF exposure in their environment and allow for a basic comparison to existing RF safety guidelines.
