Great product that saved me hundreds of dollars. Installation was straightforward, and the quality is solid and well-made.

It works so far
The bushing was a little harder to install in the shifter cable than what online videos showed. But so far this replacement bushing seems to work ok.

Fit my 2005 Nissan Xterra perfectly and effortlessly...
Fit my 2005 Nissan Xterra perfectly and effortlessly. Others saying they needed a screwdriver or tool to insert the bushing must have weak fingers and thumbs lol. I lubed the inside of the transmission cable eyehook, then pushed the bushing into the eyehook with my thumb, no tools needed, snapped right in. I then put lube into the inside of the bushing before snapping it onto the shifter shaft. took me less time to take the console apart than it did to replace the bushing. Also, you only need to remove the two top covers on the console (drink holder and shift cover plate), NOT the entire console to do this. You DO need to remove the clip that holds the cable onto the bracket before it goes through the floor. This allows you to hold the cable up so that installation of the bushing is easier. The clip can also be removed by hand without tools..

Cheap fix
That tool isn’t worth having. I had to use a s rew driver to compress the tangs ito get them in.. other than that great product super cheap fix.. I was not looking forward to changing the hole cable..

Worked good for 2007 Pathfinder. Good thing it had two bushings in pack. I dropped one and could not find it.
