Very sturdy, great for terrain tiles
I used this to build some dungeon tiles, its fantastic but very sandy

Very dusty, and not suitable for children
I would not give this to a child to use, would even have reservations about adult use. Because there is a very fine dust comes off this item, even before you attempt to cut it. The dust gets everywhere, and could be very dangerous to inhale when cutting etc. I had to bin it.
