HENCKELS ZWILLING Statement 6-inch Meat Cleaver, Black

Great price and got more than anticipated. Well made and handled nicely. Not fancy but very functional. I always look to see how well the handle is attached to the blade and can it be cleaned. Very nice design. Would recommend!

I finally treated myself to a good set of knives. This meat cleaver was one of them. I knew my knives were old and dull, but OMG, I had no idea how bad. This cleaver cuts like it's butter. he cleaver feels sturdy in your hand, with a balanced weight that gives you confidence while chopping. Good investment. I will keep it away from the dishwasher this time!

I got this for my son who is training to be a chef/cook. It has a good amount of weight and is well riveted. He says he likes it and the other cooks ask to use it. Stays sharp.

This is a steal at $30. Solid. Heavy. Super balanced. I have pretty big hands and it fits in my grip solid. It cuts through raw and cooked ribs like butter. I used to hack them apart with my Heinkel chef knife and this makes a super clean cut in one whack. I will even buy another at this price to put away.

It is useful. I use it to cut a whole chicken. it is very sharp.

Good quality for the price. Came dull, and needed sharpening. No complaints... yet.

I run a commercial kitchen. This does not have much weight. Description says meat cleaver, but it lacks the weight to aid in breaking bone. Chicken? Yeah sure. No problem. Breaking down a mammal? Nope. It’s very pretty. Thin blade. Well done handle. I’ll keep it because I was skeptical but appreciate the quality of the brand at that price, but still looking for a meat cleaver. Probably need a 8”. (That’s what she said)
