This is a playpen for newborn to baby pups, once my pup started to grow around 3-4 months he was busting out of this thing, and he is a toy poodle. It's not the sturdiest pen but will get the job done for newborn puppies. I used it when I first picked up my puppy on the bed to put his pee pads inside, so he didn't have to get off of the bed to tinkle. I also doubled it as a guard to keep him from falling off the bed. Overall, not a bad purchase but don't expect to use it very long once your puppy starts growing.

We bought a teacup puppy in June. The lady recommended I buy a playpen for her as a place to contain her. Due to her size we thought, thar sounds good. We bought the 30". She's now 3.5 lbs. We would leave the pee pad in it and roll up and velcro the door open all the time. This is where she always goes to the bathroom! It's like her own private room! Best potty trainer ever! Who knew!

i got this with the intentions of keeping my newly adopted kittens in a confined space while i transitioned then into free roaming the house, as well as keeping them secure when i am away for their safety and giving them their own space when we go out to familys houses or on a road trip. it definitely works but is 3 times smaller than i thought. i keep both kittens in it and it leaves room for one full size litter box, their small bowls, and the shirts they use as beds. nothing else. obviously as they bigger this will be only for roadrips or ERs but for now its just barely keeping them confined for what i need it to do. the mesh makes it easy for them to see me and vice versa. its foldable so its thin but it holds it own up pretty well and so far they havent clawed through it while im away so i cant complain. but it is very very small for the price. ill likely have to get them one triple the size in just a month or 2 due to how small it is. but it works
