The motor is great but the delivery Person could not follow instruction

Don’t get me wrong, a 125cc 4 speed motor for 250$ sounds like a good deal and I bought this for my blow up Kandi 125 and when the engine arrived I installed it and it worked good but the clutch actuator would not return back down so it made me have to do some adjustments but I didn’t know that, that was the problem at first because I thought it was my cable so after 60$ in replacement cables I finally adjusted the clutch actuator and now the engines shifts good but sometimes the clutch will slip when rolling in 1st or 2nd and randomly shift into neutral which is werid and the motor vibrates.. ALOT so I will be buying some rubber bushing onto some motor mounts but other than the clutch problems, the engines runs pretty good and pushes a pretty good amount of power.

Installed the 125cc engine on an Apollo 110cc chassis. Plug-n-play. Absolute ripper! Installed using a NIBBI carb rather than the supplied carb that come with the kit. Will definitely buy again for the next build

We ordered this motor to do a rebuild for the second time me and my boys 3, and 5 years old but right away out of the box we had issues got the motor put together and tried to fire it up but we were not getting spark at all we tried everything even replaced the stator plate spark plug coil and ignition switch then last but not least the cdi and we finally got spark but it still wouldnt start and then i decided to use my old carburetor from a previous motor and two weeks after buying it we finally started the motor and took a drive yesterday afternoon now i will say we did purchase the premium 4 year protection plan but we decided to take the time ourselves and work this brain scratcher out ourselves but iam wanting to have my stator plate and carburetor replaced due to it belonging to my other project bike but this motor was garanteed to start with everything it was shipped with but all in all iam pretty impressed great motor excellent performance now i will say the first time my boys an i built this bike it was stolen from us twice in one week we got it back both times with our own hard work but this bike is a family hobby for me and my growing boys as we are all 3 of us new to the power sports world this being our first bike but second time we built it.

So after installing, tried to see if there was a spark, which there wasn’t, I gone through two starter coils and three wiring harnesses before I found out that the magneto needed to be adjusted but the outer cap to the magneto was not right had to use my old one before I got it to park but definitely should have put somewhere on there that this may need to be adjusted Because I don’t think the normal person would even know to do this countless videos before I found one that told me what to do other than that runs great looks great and would buy again

I ordered the 125cc engine for an application listed in the description. There are major safety concerns if installed. Brake lever is not usable, foot pegs are not usable, kick stand is not usable, intake does not line up, exhaust does not line up. I tried to return the item over my safety concerns I have received nothing but a run around and told I would have to track the return and notify this seller that it was received at their warehouse then I could request my return and pay restocking fees and shipping. I received the item 26 hours after purchase, made to wait 72 hours for return label to then find out I would loose additional money to shipping and restocking. Please do not purchase from this seller. They purposely make it very difficult and not worth the time or money to return rendering you stuck with the purchase. I filed complaint with Amazon and waiting to hear back. Also do not buy any Protection plan because it is worthless and will do nothing to help you in any situation.

Runs well, but leaked oil from the first time it was filled.

UPDATE- they did reach out and sent me a new motor free of charge. I don’t have much time on the motor yet but so far it hasn’t catastrophically broken like the other one did yet. I’ll update again once I have some more time on it. Updating to 4 stars for surprisingly good customer service. DO NOT buy this engine. I’ve probably only put about an hour total on the engine since I installed it, and the bottom end case cracked already and it doesn’t seem to be repairable. I didn’t have high hopes given the price point but I decided to go out on a limb, and unfortunately I wasted my money. It’s not worth it, spend a little more and get a higher quality engine or you’ll be buying another one soon. Would rate 0 stars if I could, hopefully my heartache saves the next person.
