Great Option for older, beginner workouts
I am a 54-year-old woman with multiple issues dealing with my weight, knees, and hips. The support of this particular mat is thick enough that there is no pain when being on my knees or lying down. It does not pinch your pressure points, causing pain as a thinner mat would. I am very pleased with the quality of this mat; it feels durable and I do not worry about my flopping around and destroying it while I learn the proper positions I need for my exercises. The length and width is sufficient for my 5 foot 11 inch height and extra girth. I was not looking for anything in particular in terms of design or color, as I prefer functionality, and this is to be used at home as a beginner mat while I start my exercise program.

Great yoga mat
Very comfy the thickness of this yoga mat helps with certain workouts. No back pain of knee pain at all lots of cushion.

I like it and it has good thickness. And pretty decently long! It’s easy to roll up and use the straps. It’s easy to get cracks in it though.

I got this for yoga practice and it is so soft and thick. Much better quality than another mats I’ve had.

Great buy
Great quality and love the band that goes around it when you aren't using it. Easy to transport, comfy for yoga or exercise. I even use it for my baby when he is in his jumper so his feet aren't hitting the hard tile.

Thick, rolls out flat, wine color is great... liked it so much decided to buy 3 and create a larger exercise area; fantastic foot therapy as well after a long standing 12 hour shift just to walk on it with socks to recover.

It is good yoga mat,which is soft,comfortable and durable.Been using this for months and it doesnt show any signs of usage. Perfect as day 1 and is super light weight to be carried along. Also,it is easy to fold and store which makes it an even better deal for the price. Highly recommended for anyone looking for exercise mat.
