Different buckles and strap hardware
The buckles and strap hardware are different from the images. I am also returning it because I accidentally selected the gold color. However, the quality of the product is quite good.

Serves the purpose exactly as described

One side can’t be attached properly because the pieces are not symmetrical
I order 2 times, thinking that the first order came with a defect by mistake, but the second came exactly with the same problem. The two pieces that attach to the purse’s handle need to be symmetrical in order to fit and work properly on both sides of the handle and they are not. Both are the same shape, meaning that only 1 side can be attached properly. The material is great, but unfortunately it doesn’t fit and can’t be used.

Good option
Quality and finishes are good. Nice design as well, matching the bag perfectly. The only thing is that strap is not a real leather as mentioned in the description, it’s PU.
