I truly like this backpack for the variety of compartments, ability to put on luggage handle, soft cushion for laptop, it appears to be durable. I would love it more, if it was white like the description said and not tan. It can't even pass as off white. Considering the only two colors I wear are white and tan (mainly white). This up against my white clothes and other white bags, it's tan. Overall though for anyone who reads this, it is a nice backpack, just know if you're expecting white, it's tan.

This bag is great especially for traveling, it has multiple compartments. I use it every time I fly now. The zipper did break but the seller sent a new one without any issue!

Just the right about of pockets for what I need it for at work. As a nurse I carry several things to work and this backpack helps keep me organized

After purchasing 4 other backpacks we finally got the perfect fit. My daughter needed something with sufficient pockets and great style. This backpack met the criteria and more because it is quite sturdy. Highly recommended for students carrying tons of heavy books.

This backpack was useless after a month - several zippers broke and tears in a pocket. We had to order a different brand. We unfortunately can not request a refund at this time as 'the return window has closed'
