Poor communication with the manufacturer
One of the light bulbs arrived broken at the base of the bulb. I contacted the seller and they never replied. VERY POOR customer service. Update: I've updated my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. After receiving the poor review, the seller did send me 2 replacement light bulbs. It seems to me that the seller is more concerned with their star rating than anything else. Communication needs to be improved.

flimsy spikes
Two of 6 spikes snapped in half when installing in the lawn (just pressing them down with the heel of my shoe).

Nice Design, but totally plastic
These are very nicely designed, but they're made completely from plastic. We were worried about the lantern cover scratching and becoming discolored from the sun. We went with a different brand made of metal, that can withstand full sun. Too bad, these are very nice looking.
