After Shave Lotion, 3.4 oz

I am a 78 year old who rarely writes a review and who fell into the habit of using an electric razor and then shaving with a blade to get a closer shave. I carefully read the reviews on this product and found a common theme of a shave as close as a blade. Skeptical but willing to give this a try my skepticism dissolved. No more shaving with a blade. As a side note I also ordered the aftershave and it is an excellent complement to the pre shave as it soothes the skin. The scent is ethereal in nature and not overpowering, These products are “next level” wonderful!

My husband wanted one without a strong scent, and this is perfect. It smells good without being overpowering, lasts well, and doesn’t cause any skin irritation

My German friends always tell me that their fathers/grandfathers use this stuff. One whiff will tell you why. It is definitely an old school type of aftershave. Not everyones bag for sure. It is vastly different than the other aftershaves that I use but it's a good one. Natural ingredients...the scent has a somewhat juniper and witch hazel fragrance. I think the past batches I got were more heavy on the juniper which is what I like. This aftershave dissipates fairly quickly so you won't be smelling yourself all day which is nice. It isn't really a warm spicy scent like bay rum or lime. But it is clean and refreshing with a slightly woodsy smell. Solid product quality-wise with not too much burn. A good everyday aftershave.

This really is one of the best aftershave lotions that I have tried. I wrote it off for so long because it was a splash type of aftershave and not a lotion in the traditional sense, but it really is food for the face and it makes your skin feel great.

I have a fairly sensitive face. For years I would only shave once a week or less because it bothered my face so much. Luckily I work in setting that wasn't a problem. A month or so ago I decided to start shaving daily. I had been using the Gillette Power Fusion for years, but when moving to daily shaving I 1 didn't like the cost and 2 didn't like the mediocre shaves. After trying a few others razors (Shick Hydro 5, Powerglide, etc) I decided to switch to using a DE Safety razor. I cannot say enough about the cost savings doing this. Prior to making the switch to using a DE Safety razor, I never really thought that much about aftershave. I just used a Nivea product from local supermarket. When I switched to a the DE Safety Razor I did a bunch of research and discovered the value of using a good soothing aftershave. I first tried a few days without using it, and then started using it. I must say after a week of using this one I really like it and it does its job. When you use it, it stings for just a moment but then sooths very nicely. The sent is not overpowering and lingers for a few hours. The scent is light enough not to conflict with cologne if you choose to wear one. But it is enough that if a woman got close she could smell it. Initially she would smell it when a several feet away, but after a half hour or so she would have to be fairly close. This works very well for me. I don't like an overpowering smell. So far I've received nothing but good comments from the scent. I would recommend trying this product. Well worth the $17.50 I paid. I will order again when this bottle gets low.

Speick Aftershave; what can I say? There’s so much to say about this magic juice. This isn’t your ordinary aftershave splash folks. This is facial nourishment with a nice aroma. You know that feeling you get when you’re thirsty and you take a sip of cool fresh water? Your body gently relaxes and you feel nourished and complete in a nice way. Whether you have a great shave or a terrible one, when you splash on Speick, you get a little warming from the alcohol content followed by an intense feeling of hydration and a cooling effect I have never encountered anywhere else. This product goes above and beyond in performance. The scent is lovely as well, it’s gentle and has a very green component to it. To me, it smells a lot like Gin with pine trees surrounding it. Imagine you’re at Christmas dinner standing next to a large (and real) Christmas tree and then pop the top off a bottle of Beefeaters. Very similar aroma! I only wish it projected more and had more presence! But it is after all, an aftershave. Do not hesitate to try this magic juice, it’s very likely to take your great shave to a higher level or worse case, repair your face after a bad shave!

Un producto bastante normalito. He probado otros con witch hazel y este no destaca. Tampoco entiendo por qué se dice que es importado de Japón cuando en realidad es alemán.

It fulfills it's job very well, it's smell/aroma (slightly lavender) makes it feel very refreshing, it does have a slight nip when applied but not as strong as some other aftershave lotions have. I love it, along with their per-electric shave lotion..

Ottimo dopobarba, lascia la pelle come se la rasatura non avesse stressato. Per quanto mi riguarda l’unico aspetto negativo è il profumo ; proprio poco e di pochissima ed durata però per la composizione non si può avere molto altro. Malgrado questo ultimo aspetto lo ricomprerò sicuramente (come ho già fatto due volte) magari quando il prezzo ritornerà sotto i 10 euro

Really liked the original Speick international fragrance.

Great natural fragrance, not at all overpowering and doesn't interfere with my EDT or EDP. Feels really nice after shaving and leaves skin nicely moisturised.
