Great addition to sewing tools
I'm quite pleased with this purchase. It's so much easier than using a regular tailor's ham for smoothing and ironing curves. The base is sturdy enough that it doesn't tip over when ironing and adjusting fabric/seams. I use this for ironing curves on the hats I make, although it can be used for lots of other applications (bra cups, darts, princess seams, etc, etc). I really recommend it.

Very useful
This pressing ham on its little stand has come in so handy for me when sewing. Anything with curves, I pull this out and am able to press the seams without ironing in creases I don't want. I have a larger, harder ham, but seldom use it because it's just awkward, even with the wood brace to hold it. The base on this one is larger than the ham so it's sturdy. It's especially helpful for sleeve caps.

Needs to be assembled
It's good but it needed to be assembled out of the box. It wasn't hard, but I think it could be avoided. It's not too big to ship pre-assembled. I'd rather have just taken it out of the box ready to use.

Perfect for those busts in especially wedding dresses
Bought for my Sister in Law who makes wedding dresses and she said it is perfect. Good wooden structure and very high density foam on the bust side.

Great tool for curves
This was really easy to assemble, it is sturdy and has been working really well for ironing curves. Definitely recommend!

I needed one for bra cup ironing, but unfortunately this ham is too big and weird shaped.

La tabla "bola" para planchar es súper importante en el mundo de costura y sobre todo para planchar todas las costuras con cualquier curvatura. Facilita muchísimo el planchado,deja la costura perfecta. Es útil 100%en el mundo de planchar y cumple con sus características. 👌👍
