I ordered this for my new ROG Xbox Ally X. This was a pricey investment and I didn’t want to get the screen scratched right away. I usually go with clear screen protectors, but this time I tried the matte one. Glare isn’t as much of an issue for me with my phone or tablet, but if I’m playing games, I’d rather not have to deal with bright lighting bouncing back at me. I knew that it might make the display look a bit fuzzy, but I decided to give this a try to see how I liked it. If it bothered me, I could always get a clear one later. The application was simple, though not quite as easy as the ones that come with a full-coverage applicator frame with a pull-tab. Still, after attaching the guide frame, I got the alignment perfect on the first try. There were some large bubbles, but luckily they weren’t caused by dust. A few strategic swipes of the included squeegee slid them all to the edges where they disappeared. The display is a bit fuzzier after this, but not something that I notice once I start playing. The anti-glare properties are a lot better with the screen than without. The screen protector truly is full-coverage. It’s the perfect fit to cover the display edge-to-edge. It is a bit thick and it’s very noticeable on my device because the matte finish stands out against the glossy case, but I think it looks neat. The feel of it is great. It’s silky-smooth and does a great job at repelling fingerprints. My original screen looked awful with all of the smudges any time I touched the screen, but with this screen protector, you’ll barely see any finger marks at all. Any any that do show up wipe off instantly. And since it’s a cheap screen protector that comes with a spare, I don’t feel like I need to baby it when I do wipe it. If it eventually gets scratched enough to bother me, I’ll just remove it and put a new one on.

A good screen protector for Rog Ally and Xbox Allys. Has guides to help install them. The protectors are tinted to help reduce screen glare. The touch screen still works well with it.

I’m really happy with this product, the quality is excellent and it fits perfectly on my Xbox ROG Ally X. The installation was quick and easy, and everything aligned just right. I didn’t end up using the extra support piece that came with it, but even without it, the fit was solid and secure. It looks great, feels durable, and works exactly as expected. Definitely worth the purchase!

Easy application!! Had no issue. No bubble when I inserted with the guide. It feels smooth and it sticks very easily. I also add a screen protector of my devices even if I barely use them. You never know and wow, I’m enjoying this one. It feels like a new screen time every time I turn it on! A MUST BUY!! These devices are like $600 brand new! Might as well get it protected!!

I really like how it has significantly less visual quality loss in comparison to others on the market. However, one of my (of two) screen protectors had a really large blemish baked in. I was understandably very nervous trying to make the one other screen protector perfect.

Great product, easy installation. I didn't even use the plastic jig and it was a perfect install. Alcohol pads were not dried out as a bonus. This is far superior to the bare screen. Fingerprints are gone. This has a better feel and glide to the finger tips than the OG glass stickiness. The shiny glare of using the Ally outside in the sun is gone as is the blinding reflection to those beside me in a car or airplane. Perfect fit. Improved visuals and feel. Perfection comes at a price since the overall brightness is slightly reduced. No issue for me since I tune down screen brightness all the time, just a note.

The JSAUX screen protector for ROG Ally handheld is the best on the market for one important reason: the applicator alignment frame. With the plastic thing to apply it, application is near impossible to fail, it is probably reusable for other screenprotectors as well. It protects, it looks very good. The only negative for me would be that it looks nearly as if there are micro droplets that sometimes give off a rainbow colour, but this impacts gameplay only minimally

I was expecting it to feel so nice! Finger prints show up no where near as much as the unprotected screen. The plastic jig made it so super easy to install. I normally have to looks for a card to smooth it out and stuff but everything is right there and really good quality. It defuses light in a bit of an annoying way if direct light hits it, its a bit worse than unprotected but the good points out weight that so much. I honestly wasnt expecting it to feel SO good.

Lo primero a señalar es que son 2 kits de protector, osea 2 cristales con 2 kits de limpieza para colocar reemplazo en caso necesites en algún momento. Dicho eso este protector en mi caso almenos en la caja especifica en múltiples ocaciones que es para la Rog Ally X, no sé si funcione en otros modelos pues el mío es uno de estos pero en la caja dice en varios lugares y especifica en múltiples ocaciones que es para este modelo en especifico, el X. La calidad es excelente, ni 1 pero que dar, todo funciona a la perfección los materiales se sienten de un buen acabado como uno esperaría para el producto al cual se le está aplicando. Tiene un marco para que coloques la pantalla bien, lo único es que el marco está como 1milímetro más chico que la pantalla entonces no queda 100% perfecto amenos que tu mismo manualmente hagas el ajuste pero si usas el marco puede que te quede 1 milímetro movido como es mi caso. Esto no afecta en absolutamente nada a la funcionalidad sólo para que lo sepas en caso este tipo de problemas te importen aunque no considero que sea motivo para no comprarlo. Tiene varias instrucciones, imagino que el producto es de linea blanca y hacen rebranding, sea como sea las instrucciones que tienes que seguir son las que tiene adentro en un pequeño manual de papel no las de la caja, las de la caja son como más "antiguas" por así decirlo, las más precisas y detalladas son las que trae adentro. El kit incluye 2 cristales, 2 kits de limpieza: Toallita humeda con alcohol isopropílico, un pequeño pedazo de tela que parece seda y un "extractor de polvo (Es una calcomania que sirve para con el mismo pegamento sacar las motas de polvo que no quitan las toallitas), 1 marco amarillo para centrar el cristal, 1 pequeño pedazo de cartón duro que tiene una de las orillas forradas con una tela suave (Sirve para "desplazar las burbujas de aire en caso te haya quedado alguna dentro, así no dañas la pantalla) y el propio empaque es rígido bueno para guardar el kit que no vas a usar. En mi caso yo no usé el "extractor de polvo", solo las toallitas Resumen: Excelente calidad en general, tiene todo lo que necesitas para instalar y si sigues las instrucciones en menos de 20 min lo tienes puesto y listo para usar. 0 problemas de ningún tipo, ni touch ni brillo ni nada, solo lo que mencione del marco pero si no te molesta que imaigno es al 99.9% de seres humanos entonces está excelente, no creo que se consiga algo mejor por su precio. Lo volvería a comprar sin duda. Edit: Unos meses después me tocó usarla, acaba de recibir un golpe duro (dejo fotos) y funcionó perfectamente protegiendo la pantalla, dejaré unas fotos de evidencia. Afortunadamente el paquete tiene 2 protectores así que en 20 min instale el de repuesto. Estoy muy feliz con mi compra, me acabo de acordar cientos de dólares por haber tomado la sabia decisión de haber comprado este protector.
