So far, so good. Got this at a good price and it seems to work really well. Good quality, I like the variable temp settings; beverages stay piping hot until the end. The buttons are very sensitive so care needs to be taken that it doesn't turn on by accident. Update: It worked for 2 weeks, then it wouldn't turn on. Return in progress.

Living in Maine with very low winter temperatures and high energy costs, most Mainers keep inside ambient temperature in the low 60F range. Consequently, you have to drink morning coffee quickly or it will be lukewarm to cold. I now have a mug warmer at my work stations and now on the end table next to my TV watching sofa. Works like a champ, there is a good selective temperature range for warming, a timer and a safety off for folks who doze or forget to shut it off. Well made, heats my regular coffee mugs. I'm happy.

I bought one for me and one for my mom. She absolutely loves hers and uses it a lot! She has no complaints about the temperate settings and enjoys how it keeps her coffee hot how she likes it. As for myself, it does the job and I can't ask for me. Id purchase it again!

I had wanted one of these for a while because who doesn’t like to keep their coffee temperature hot or warm while working and piddling around. I use to end up tossing a cups of coffee and making a fresh cup if cold or not hot enough, I don’t microwave drinks. This coffee warmer is made of nice quality and saves me money. It keeps my drinks HOT and hotter than they originally were thus saving me money. I literally don’t dump as much coffee at all, spend $25 to save probably double that in a week alone. The functionality is nice with the light finger touch control. Has a good weight to it on the desk as well. I believe the top is glass so be mindful of placing cups on it if you’re heave handed. The auto shut off is kind of key too because you will forget it’s on, I usually use the timer because I know when I’m done drinking but if not put it on blast and blast your lips off with a HOT drink. I’m buying a second one for the end table next to the sofa.

This coffee mug warmer works great! It heats up quickly and keeps my tea at the perfect temperature for hours. The surface gets very hot, so I do worry about children touching it. I wish it came with a fireproof cover or some protection during the cool-down period after it’s turned off. Overall, very effective but caution is needed.

Well made item that is very easy to use. It keeps the cup/mug warm much better than our old one that was only rated for 16 watts and had no temperature adjustment. Highly recommend as an effective cup/mug warmer. Time will tell on durability.

Two weeks ago I dropped and broke a very old Mr Coffee mug warmer. I was distressed because it got hotter than newer models; I’ve purchased several warmers over the past decade and none of them have been any good at keeping coffee warm, let alone hot. This product is outstanding. There are four heat settings, and I was stunned to find the highest is actually too hot for my preference. This warmer looks really good, accommodates my largest mugs and keeps my coffee hot. If the power cord were a bit longer it would be perfect, but otherwise this warmer is ideal.
