Supersonic™ Origin Hair Dryer

I purchased this for my girl and she loves it. It's pricey, but well worth it. Great build quality and using this dryer DOES make a difference in your hair shine and texture. It dries thick hair a lot quicker than a standard hairdryer.

After 15 years I finally had to replace my original Dyson hair dryer. 15 YEARS it lasted! It actually still works, but it started shutting down repeatedly after 10 minutes. Dyson products are top quality and well worth the cost. All other brands throughout my life never lasted more than 1 year before burning out. This has paid for itself over and over again. It dries my hair quickly , and my hair is shiny and smooth. Thank you, Dyson, for your excellence in workmanship in all you do.

I bought this dryer for my daughter. I have one just like it and I've had it for about five years. Best money I've ever spent and it still works wonderfully. It dries my hair quickly and keeps it healthy. I do wish the air wrap attachments would fit on this, but I realize that came out later. It is the only blow dryer you will ever need.

I bought this hair dryer in mid-October. It worked only three times, the fourth time it just stopped working, I called Dyson and first time they said they would send me a return label within 8-10 minutes. 24 hours later I called again and I did get a return label and had to take it to UPS, They received it back on November 7th. On November 10th I received an email saying "Your new machine is on its way", with an order number and tracking link to UPS, But UPS says it has no information, I waited a week or so and called Dyson back (but I have to say each time I called I waited at least 20-30 minutes to talk to someone whose English is very hard to understand). He told me it takes 7-14 business days to process. After a few more phone calls I was told I would have a new machine on November 27th. Of course, it never came. I called again on November 30th and the man I talk to said he would send an email to wherever these machines come from and call me back. Needless to say it is now December 3rd and I have not heard from him, I do not know what to do from here. But I am very disappointed in Dyson and their customer service. You should expect better from a company who sells a $400. hair dryer. I bought this through Amazon but do not feel it is their problem that is why I have wasted hours waiting for some satisfaction from Dyson,

The Dyson Supersonic Origin it’s definitely one of the most functional hair tools I’ve owned. It’s definitely an investment, but if you use a dryer regularly and care about both results and comfort, this one delivers on all fronts.

I’m afraid everyone was right about dyson and it is the perfect hair dryer. Sooo lightweight, my arm doesn’t get tired from holding it up like my last heavy hairdryer, and it works so fast at drying my hair. Love the different heat settings, I never feel like my hair is getting fried. Expensive but honestly on a payment plan it was totally worth it lol

This is my favorite hairdryer to date! I hate blow drying my hair, and it works considerably faster than my other one and keeps my hair looking really smooth with no frizz.

Awesome dryer and fast!! The only downside is it’s a bit heavy.
