First things first…. The graphite molds I got are EXACTLY as described and look to be of excellent quality. Haven’t used them yet, but when I do if it performs poorly I will update…. I expect no issues!!!Now for the second thing…. On first delivery the larger ingot mold was cracked. Looked to be possibly from poor handling during shipping. I contacted the company through Amazon letting them know along with some pics……Now when I say they went ABOVE & BEYOND!!! I am not exaggerating. They responded very quickly. They immediately sought to send out another to me free of charge…. AS WELL AS SEND ME A FREE EXTRA ONE OF A DIFFERENT SIZE!!! Every step of the way they communicated to make sure I received and had no other issues!!!I would not hesitate for a second to do business again with Waterlife on the Amazon store!!!Thank you very much for the awesome shopping experience. Looks well made does have a small chip on bottom left corner, but it’s on the outside so it shouldn’t affect the mold. Here’s a picture for our imperial users. Hope this helps.

High quality mold, I haven’t had any issues using it for aluminum ingots. Customer service was exemplary! The seller wants you to be happy with what you’ve purchased. I definitely recommend.

Works well in homemade of prebuilt furnaces. Has handle obsidian and high carbon steel, good release, good forms.
