I am already using Procus Convoy for one of my cars and decided to buy the Procus Iris for my other car. The size is smaller than Convoy but the specs were surprisingly good. The screen size is small but one does not need it anyway, buttons are placed very conveniently on the front, unlike the Convoy where they are on the sides and difficult to use. Lens specs are good and I found the picture quality to be excellent, even at night. One can easily read the number plate of the car in front. Being smaller in size, Iris is unobtrusive and does not block your vision or affect the setting of the rear view mirror. All features are the same as in Convoy,only at a lower cost. Am wondering why did I not buy Iris in the first instance...but then, this has been launched only recently.I would strongly recommend Procus Iris Dash Cam over others, loop recording is effective, night vision is good, angle is wide and records all details in front of the car. Only remember to use only a Class 10, 32 GB micro SD card, not compatible with any other SD card.Safe to say it is value for money, go for it !PS. Remember to keep the g-sensor and parking mode OFF or the SD card fills up very fast as the camera does not overwrite the files recorded when g-sensor and parking mode is on...then the screen shows the message 'SD CARD FULL'....

Been a month and half after buying this product. Got this for a short road trip. Below are the observations1. The recording time is limited (runs for 2.5 hours) due to 32GB being maximum compatible memory. The recording will stop beyond this, only after clearing the memory will it start recording again.2. The G sensor works good (While driving the car, the cam came out of the slot and fell down in the gear console. The video was locked and was not deleted).Overall an economical Dash cam with an above average picture quality.

The product is unreliable. Here is what didn't go right for me:1. It stopped working in 2 months of purchase. There was no image on the screen, it wouldn't turn on.2. Point 1 is not too bad - sometimes, things go wrong. But I didn't get the expected customer care when I contacted procus. I received a response and a call back (which I missed) after some effort from my end. Finally, I called up customer care on my own and got through to them about 5 days after the initial email.3. The most challenging and difficult part about buying a procus product - I am told to send the product back to chandigarh. During the pandemic and lockdowns, this is very challenging. I understand procus's point of view is having to inspect the product to replace it. However, procus should have agents in major cities who can help with inspecting these products and having it shipped or replaced by them, rather than putting the onus on the customer to do it.Product was thrown in the trash in July this year, after some promises from customer care to get the product picked up but nothing happened. Will not buy this brand ever.

This is my first dashcam and worth the price if you want to try out the usage before investing on something higher.Works just fine. Resolution though says HD quality, I am not satisfied. Video looks compressed.Manual can be more informative. Basic functionality like customising items is confusing. You need to use the power switch for "OK/Submit" actions as well.

The media could not be loaded.  I had planned travel and do a you tube video. But I don't have the budget to buy very high end Dash cam. I want small budget decent cam which can solve my purpose.Trust me this is one the best dash cam one can buy to shoot a video for vlog.Very easy to set up.Please remember to buy memory card with this additionally. I bought from scandiskAlso it support loop recording so no issue in deleting video to get space. very convenientAlso video and photo quality is very good in the price we are getting.Absolutely happy with the product and I will continue to do my vlogging with this.

I bought this one for around 2k, so at that price point it does what it should and that is to record. But one major issue was that it does not override old video files no matter what setting you choose. Tried the instructions provided by product support but nothing works. But otherwise it's okay for the price point I bought it at. But my suggestion would be to go for something better.

Yeah its true. This is less on wallet and serve its purpose well.Pros:1. Easy to install and setup.2. Good UI3. Good on day and Ok ok in night picture quality but serve its purpose.4. Parking recording and motion detection is actually working in it.5. And its on budget.Cons:1. Max storage support is just 32 Gb.2. USB port is of very old type, I meant, its of Nokia era. So you either need to buy either a cable or old generation usb or some kind of connector to transfer data.
