Very good item

This supplement has helped to curb my appetite from mid-morninig to late afternoon and helped me avoid snacking. I've had a few pounds of weight loss in the last month, so I am very pleased. No upset stomach like other Berberine products I've tried.

Berberine is best dosed twice daily, so one 500mg capsule a day isn't going to cut it. If you take this twice daily, it only lasts for 1 month. The amount of ALA in this is also very small, with most benefits requiring at least 600mg a day. I do like how the capsules have liposomal delivery for better absorption though. I normally take berberine twice daily to help with blood sugar and cholesterol, but this particular supplement isn't too cost effective.

I feel it’s a great combination.. I have notice my energy is up and my stiffness is so much better!

A while back I had tried a different berberine. Taking 1200 as the bottle instructed. After a week or so I got violently ill. So after a month or so being off of them I bought this brand as it has 1/4 of the Berberine and I thought it would be more of what I could stomach. Not so. After just one pill yesterday I was up all night diarrhea and vomit. So be careful, I wanted to take it for my glucose level which is not really high, but It’s not to be. I must be allergic to it. You can’t get your money back with this so be aware.

This brand of Berberine is much better than the brand originally recommended to me by my doctor.
