My fiancé bought this for himself and it’s so so pretty! I like the lights when I play the sims and I love the clicky clacky when you type, the lights are so pretty! It’s really comfy and it’s a good size, I’m super clumsy and have my lovebird sit with me when I’m playing games or whatever and it can withstand me and Teeka so it’s for sure durable

This keyboard, although a great deal, is not something I could consciously recommend someone to buy. The quality of the materials used in the board? Top notch, no complaints there. The keys, however? Major complaints. I have had two of this model of keyboard now and both of them have had the exact same issue. After a short period of use (in my case, a couple of weeks then a couple of months) one or more keys on the keyboard will not function properly! Whether it's not registering (issue with my first board) or double-typing and not allowing a specific key to be held (issue with my second board). If you're looking for a Razer keyboard, steer well clear of the BlackWidow V4 X. Unless you want to cut the wires on several keyboards, and waste both your time AND Razer's time. In which case, feel free.

I work long hours from home (12 hour shifts etc), and this is one of the few keyboard that continues to last much longer than other cheaper alternatives. The tactile feel and operation of the keys is noticeably better than any other keyboard I've used so far

Keys stop working after about a year of use happened to two of them really irritating not worth the money.

Elite quality. Went from another Razer keyboard that stopped working after a few years and a few spills.

I love Razer products so this is painful to write, but after ~a month of use the keyboard intermittently stopped registering keystrokes. I'd type and spaces would be missing, random letters that I knew I'd hit correctly wouldn't register. It was absolute infuriating, everything I typed I had to triple check to make sure the keyboard hadn't sabotaged. Switched to a CORSAIR K70 MAX which is a lot better so far. Real shame, I really like Razer products - the aesthetic is great, feel of the keyboard and sound were fine, but this just isn't a reliable keyboard. Also Razer Synapse didn't give me the ability to change the polling rate for the keyboard, which is listed as a basic feature on the Razer website.

This keyboard has numerous keys which don't work never mind the fact that numerous keys actually don't work when held in. It is single handedly the worst keyboard I have ever used and I will be buying a new keyboard and throwing this out. Absolute garbage. It belongs in the bin,

I am writing this review after using 2 Razer keyboards Blackwidow V3 and V4X. I have recently upgraded to this V4X as my old V3's few buttons suddenly stopped working completely after 14 months of usage. That keyboard's roller wheel stopped working within 1 month but I have ignored it since it is not a big issue for me. Now when i have purchased this new V4X in June 2025 and writing this review on Aug 20205. Few keys of V4X stopped working and the since the product is within warranty, I have tried to claim it, but man it is a hassle. The warranty provide company Acro RMA does not respond to call, they have most of their numbers switched off and I saw that they have very bad reputation of delaying the claims for months. Just dont buy Razer in India specially. Go for Corsair and steel-series in same price but far superior quality.

Llevo ya unos meses con el teclado y ha empezado ha fallar, la w si la mantengo presionada a veces deja de funcionar y luego vuelve, o si la presiono muchas veces, no la detecta, he visto que ha mucha gente le pasa con mas teclas.
