Food got stuck

This does what it's supposed to do, it automatically feeds my turtle, but trying to get it set up I felt like I was going to break it during every step of the process. The battery cover is difficult to remove and has the tiniest tabs known to man. Sliding the cover forward to fill the hopper was an extremely delicate process, and it was very difficult to get it to close again. Because there is a lip on the inside of my tank for a lid to set on, there really wasn't a good way to attach the clamp. There is only about a third of an inch actually clamped onto the tank. The screws on the clamp are also extremely difficult to turn. There are slots so that you could use a flathead screwdriver but with it being plastic I felt like that was a bad idea. Other than the pictures, the instructions are not very helpful. They don't make a lot of sense, but it shows the location of all the sliding plates accompanied by directional arrows. Because so little of the clamp is actually attached to the tank, sliding the feeder on to the clamp once it was set was another delicate process. The feeder has three options: 12, 24, and 48 hours. I do appreciate that the opening is large enough to accommodate turtle pellets. A lot of automatic feeders only take fish flakes or very small pellets. Based on how big the opening was I thought for sure I needed it all the way open to feed my red-eared slider. I was very wrong. When I pushed the manual feed button to make sure that it worked, about twice as much food came out as was necessary, so even if you have multiple fish / turtles in your tank this can probably get the job done. Assuming I don't break it trying to remove it to refill the hopper I think this is going to be a very useful addition to my turtle setup

it works very well and above all the battery life lasts 5 months

This was picked up for my aquarium. It has 210ML and is battery operated. When installing, I made sure not to put food in it yet as the thing will spit it out as soon as you start it up. It does work great for my goldfish, but it runs out quickly. Which it's fatting up my goldfish. This is a cool concept and would say give it a try.

Don’t like the instructions are hard to understand

The feeder works well but is plastic and may be susceptible to invasion by squirrels or raccoons so i put it in a spare metal fog crate to protect it.

The media could not be loaded. I recently tried out the AFGSsm Fish Tank Feeder, and overall I like it. Setting it up is easy – just fill the feeder, set the schedule, and let it do its thing.It's battery-powered for convenience, though it would be even better if they included rechargeable batteries or built it with them. It keeps my fish fed consistently, even when I'm not around.

Ich habe einen großen Koiteich und bin sehr zufrieden mit dem neuen Automaten. Er erfüllt alle Versprechen und ist wirklich simpel einzustellen, außerdem formschön, Preis Leistung völlig okay

L'articolo poteva essere migliore con qualche miglioria in più, ad esempio la scarsa qualità dei materiali in alcuni punti, non c'è un'indicatore led per informarci se è acceso o spento .... il sistema di prelievo e dosaggio del mangime è puramente casuale ...Sconsiglio vivamente l'utilizzo quotidiano .. potrebbe essere utile sono nel caso partissimo in vacanza .. ma anche in quel caso dovremmo munirci sempre di batterie nuove.. come detto manca qualsiasi tipo d'indicatore .. e anche in quel caso non sapremo mai se viene erogata la giusta quantità di cibo !Nella confezione troviamo 2 tipo di basi, una per agganciarla sul vetro dell'acquario , un altro per metterlo su una base orizzontale !Sulla parte frontale troviamo il pulsante di accensione e spegnimento, un pulsante M (manuale) che ci consente di far girare il dispositivo ogni volta che lo vogliamo e altri 3 pulsante che ci indicano il tempo (12, 24 e 48 ore) ... ho provato quello di 12 ore e sembra funzionare in maniera precisa, almeno sul breve termine !!Ripeto, non affiderei mai per lunghi periodi i miei pesci ad un dispositivo del genere .. d'altro canto , potrebbe essere utile per periodi brevi.. magari per concederci una vacanza ecc !!
