No flickering. Functionality is weird. At first I thought they didn't work. By the third bulb install, I realized it just takes a moment for the windup. I had to really torque them in to make contact. I expected each to flicker, but nope. All five bulbs receive more than enough power, and no flickering isn't an issue at all. One of the reasons I wanted better bulbs was for shooting video in natural light. I have dark walls but a reflective ceiling with bulbs aiming straight up at it. Honestly, I expected these bulbs to produce more output. I never pay attention to claims of lumen output. Seriously, it's not like the Lumen Police monitor such claims. But in theory, 23w should outshine my previous bulbs of 13w. Alas, there isn't a huge amount of difference. The halo and light canopy don't reach much further. Overall these new bulbs seem to brighten the room a bit more. The fact that they're not flickering like I'm under poltergeist attack makes them worth the money for me. As for lifespan, it's too soon to tell. Color is probably accurate. I have nothing to compare to.

Excellent super bright light bulbs

Seems to be a good product. When installing accidentally dropped it on cement driveway & it did not break.

It's a little brighter than the 100 watt i had. Why did you pick this product vs others?: I wanted to stay with LED lighting.

A friend suggested I get these to cut down on moths flying in my hot apt at night. This will allow me to keep my window open for longer after dark, as these don't attract bugs. I was pretty skeptical at first to be honest, but I put three of them just inside the window, and one outside, and it really seems like way less bugs. They havne't flickered at all, biggish bulbs and I think they were the cheapest one per bulb on Amazon that day. I haven't had it long enough to rate the lifespan, but so far they work really well. Being yellow, it does cast a yellow hue all over your house, but I like it!

These are not bright. 150w to 200w?? No way. Buy 100w buib and save money, they are not better than 100w bulb. Also the outer plastic shell is too thin that it flexes, funny that I can push it in like a balloon. I will most likely return these.

Nicely packed. Very bright for yellow "bug" light. Appears to be working. Only a few bugs in a hot, humid, dreary night.
