A MUST BUY FOR ANY FARMER OR FENCER!!
Let me say this!!! After a year of having it I finally got the opportunity to use it. Not because I didn’t have the need for it, but because health wise I couldn’t till now. It was somewhat of a learning curve but OMG this thing is amazing!!! I own a farm and fence work is a constant here. Although I haven’t used it on my farm my daughter needed my help with fencing. Took all of about an hour to put in over 100 8’ fence posts. The one thing the directions don’t tell you is don’t use at full throttle. Just a little is all you need to pound those posts in the ground. It will definitely give your arms and shoulders a workout lifting it onto the posts. But it’s worth the effort not to have to use a manual driver. I know my manual driver weighs about 30lbs and this tool only about 24lbs. I have a trailer I’ll be setting up as a fence trailer and have this mounted on a counter weight so I will be able to to use this with little effort. THIS IS A MUST BUY IF YOU OWN A FARM AND DO A LOT OF FENCE WORK!!!!

Great driver. But heavy after doing a lot of poles.
I have been pretty happy with this t post driver. In soft dirt, it drives t posts 18”+ deep in around 5 seconds? In the dirt in my video, it is more of what I’d say is slightly soft average dirt with some rock? And they are around 10 seconds or so. This thing does a great job. But man is it heavy. It’s around 60lbs full. And that isn’t bad. Until you get to 50-100 poles walking with it. It will drive 500 posts in a day (a mile of fencing) EASY. But lifting it over 6’ high over your head and then carrying it and relifting it gets pretty tiring. We laid all of our t posts out and I just walk one to the next. And that is tough. It would be easier to drive 10-20 posts and then take a break and get your next 20 setup. Then drive those, and etc. I’m sure Eddie hall or Brian Shaw would be fine using this all day. But I’d say the average guy may want to take a shameful amount of breaks. But it does drive the posts really well and very quickly. Definitely recommend it if you are in the market. If you aren’t in a hurry, maybe opt for a lighter one and just spend 30-60 seconds per post instead? Still beats a manual driver all day.

Low quality
The product looked used when it got to me. I couldn’t even get it to turn on. I asked AI to give me instructions and still did not work. When I try to return it, I have to pay for return and it product is heavy. I don’t recommend.

Worked very well driving 1/4 mile of T-posts... but be sure to Loctight every bolt you can!
Just finished driving a 1/4 mile of T-posts with the unit. Mostly top soil type dirt, but some areas of very compact clay, with some rocks and roots. (The few larger rocks that I seemed to encounter, I eventually broke through them, but it took 10 times longer) Be sure you use the Throttle limiter knob near the trigger to find the right pounding rate, start off as slow as you can (turn it in all the way clockwise) and then try a slightly higher speed (counter clockwise a 1/4 of a turn) a few times until you find things are not being driven faster. There was one post that refused to drive all two feet into the ground, we seem to think it is a massive oak tree root. Very Important: What you need to know is after pounding 25 t-posts you will start to loose bolts. Luckily I found the 2 bolts and then proceeded to Loctite every bolt I could (If the larger bolts would not remove with moderate allen-wrench force I just moved on. As far as the engine, I did NOT locktite any of those, only the muffler bolts) Two days later, I then finished the rest of the 1/4 mile of t-posts. I really like how easily the motor always starts and runs like a champ. One of the better investments I have made after loctiting things. the price to renting a unit was $200 a day in my area, so do the math.... Some of the larger bolts seemed to be properly secured and perhaps even loctited, but other were loose, so you need to check everything you can. I took off the plastic engine cover and loctited everything that was easy to do, except the motor bolts..

T-Posts and clay, no problem!
I bought this to drive t-posts for a fence. I did quite a few with a hand driver last year which was tough in many areas of my yard due to hard clay and large rocks. It took forever. We decided to move the fence and there was no way I was going to drive all the posts by hand again. I was worried about this powered driver as the price was pretty cheap compared to other amazon sellers and the big box stores which look to be selling the same exact model under different names. There really was no assembly. I just screwed on the sleeve, mixed the oil/gas, and it started right up. Just finished putting in 20 t-posts and it even went through the toughest part of our yard, where I wouldn't have even bothered trying by hand. In the toughest parts where the clay is like cement, or there are more rocks in the ground, it took a little longer to get through. Maybe an extra 10-15 seconds, but it got through it. If you are on the fence about getting this, just do it. It is well worth it.

Excellent value for the price.
We use this to pound silt fence with 1.25" wood stakes. We call it the erosion control wonder. There are more expensive pounders, but the price difference makes this pounder almost disposable.

Love it
Took a few minutes to figure out the sweet spot on the throttle, but this thing is awesome. Have driven in many post with it so far and plan to do many more. My only beef is the fuel ration of 25:1. All y other tools are 50 or 40 to 1 so I have to mess with this having a unique measurement. I does run for some time on one tank though.

Too heavy, takes 2 people to start post
Bought this unit because my shoulders hurt after hand driving metal posts, but I can't lift this thing to start driving post.
