Great product!
Easy to use and hang. We use the pull cord instead of the remote. It's easy to use and heats up quickly. Puts out a nice amount of warmth.

Perfect level of warmth.
We have this on our screened-in back deck. It is suspended above our bench swing. We can use our deck on colder days, and stay cozy beneath the lamp.

Gives heat
I live in MI, I have it in my Gazebo, definitely helps, wish it was stronger and I wish it blew down. But I do like it. I also have a propane firepit in my gazebo.

Perfect
Love this heater. Works perfectly on my patio especially on those cool fall nights. Adjustable chain so you can hang it high or low.

Broke almost instantly
Installed over our patio table, plugged in, turned on, heated for less than 1 minute then bulb burned out. Would not buy again!

Good Investment
I have 5 Cane Corso's and I bought this for their kennels. This heats up nicely and their kennels are so warm. I think they like it to plus it gives light at night so that I can see them. Will order two more for the other kennels. Great investment.

Heats up fast, but the wire is short and it smoked the first time I used it
The media could not be loaded. I was so hopeful that this heater would make my covered deck more enjoyable over the winter, but I'm afraid this just seems like too much of a hazard. First, it said not to plug it into a power strip on the device, making me feel like an extention cord may be dangerous too. With such a short cord, this means it has to be quite close to the wall. This wouldn't be a problem if the wire wasn't so heavy that it pulls one side of the heater down. You have to hook the wire up to the ceiling to avoid it, which i just don't see how to do without using an extention cord. Finally, and most bothersome, smoke started coming out after being on for just a couple of minutes (see my video)! Maybe it's just natural burn off that happens the first use, but it scared me enough that I unplugged it right away.

Finally using it
It's been getting below freezing in the early morning while my wife and children are waiting for the bus. My wife gets "cold hives". She actually gets hives from really cold air. Her Dr gave her epi pens telling her she could go into shock from them!I hung this where they wait for the bus.Just pull the string, and immediately the heat starts beaming down. In less than 2 seconds the warmth is shining on you. This is simple on/off with the pull on the string.Set up was running a single heavy Guage extension cord and hanging it like a light on a pole with an arm. Done. For her, it could be life saving. Put a price on that.
