Good bit of kit, comfortable and reliable

Bought four of them with splitters to use for training purposes. They have very clear sound and the microphone works very well. Great value for money. They are plug and play and very comfortable for the ears.

Got these for work calls on my work laptop, but the addition of the adapter makes it great for the iPad. I could easily give it 5 but it’s just a little tight, but I’m sure it’s just newness fingers crossed because the sound is very clear as is my voice to other users '

Excellent product does everything I require

This set is very good, I replaced my old ones after I was struggling to hear, not sure if my hearing is worse of the headset, regardless this is great, it's clear and very loud. Even at 30% I can hear clearly and have both tinnitus and about 40% hearing loss in one ear. It is a little uncomfortable on the ears after prolonged use-as in 7 hr shift but the benefits really do outweigh that.

I feel this product is unfortunately spoiled by the way the controls are built into the line. They are a short distance away from the headset, so when you're wearing it, they dangle down - it's not long enough to rest on your lap or over on the table. This dangling weight is too heavy for the headset itself to support, so it keeps getting pulled off your ear. There is a clip on the line which I guess is to mitigate this effect, but the clip itself was below the controls, so was too far down to really give a sensible way of transferring that weight. I have prised the clip off from below, and moved it to above, so I can now suspend the weight of the controls from it and have slack cable above so it doesn't pull on the headset... but this just seems like a simple thing that was got wrong. I have another headset which also has I line controls, but they are lighter and the headset is sturdier, so a clip isn't needed at all. Shame this headset couldn't have done that.

I use the headset for work as I'm on the phone most of the day. It is lightweight and doesn't hurt my head or ears as others have done, you'll forget you're wearing it because it's so comfortable. The parts that touch your head are soft and cushioned, and nothing has to be in your ears which I like. The sound quality is very good and I can tune out the world and concentrate on my work, (or if I want to be antisocial, people will think I'm on the phone and leave me alone if I wear it). I didn't have to install anything, just plugged it into the USB port and it worked like a charm. The movable microphone is also very convenient as it can be moved into many positions. Love It!

Ich habe bei dem Preis nicht mit so einer guten Qualität gerechnet. Ich arbeite von zu Hause aus für ein Callcenter und bin sehr zufrieden. Stecker rein und es kann losgehen. Telefoniere damit seit Ende August und kann es nur empfehlen. Guter Sound und einfach zu bedienen. Habe die Lautstärke maximal auf 30, reicht vollkommen aus. Manko sind die kleinen Kopfhörer-Muscheln. Außerdem gibt es Geräusche im Kopfhörer, wenn man das Handy zu nah am Headset liegen hat

This USB headset has excellent sound quality and is a great product. I use it to work from home as a customer service representative. I can hear customers clearly. The headset has volume control and noise cancelling settings. I highly recommend this product.

Casque parfait pour moi : j'apprécie que le micro revienne bien en face de la bouche (ayant les cordes vocales sensibles, je peux parler sans forcer, le son est bien capté. Les casques avec le micro qui s'arrête au milieu de la joue font que je parle plus fort inconsciemment). On entend bien et la personne en face aussi. On peut couper le son émis et celui reçu en appuyant sur le boitier situé sur le fil en un geste. Les écouteurs ont des coussinets confortables et le bruit autour est amorti. Bon rapport qualité prix.

De los 3 que he utilizado a lo largo de años, éstos cascos son, sin duda, los que más opciones de ajuste ergonómico tienen. Puedes hacer los siguientes ajustes: - Ampliar o reducir la "diadema" para ajustar al tamaño de la cabeza. - Inclinar los audífonos hacia los lados (en abanico) para ajustarlos perfectamente a la inclinación de las orejas. - Girar el micrófono 180º permitiendo así poder utilizarlo en el lado derecho o izquierdo de la cara (la mayoría de los cascos sólo permiten girar 90 grados apuntando hacia arriba o hacia adelante, pero éstos los puedes poner apuntando hacia atrás y así puedes cambiarte los cascos para que el micrófono quede al otro lado de la cara). - Controles muy cómodos en el mando con chivatos de colores: azul fijo (quiere decir conectado); azul parpadeante (quiere decir que te están hablando), rojo (mute puesto). - Muy buena calidad de micrófono. - Cascos super ligeros. A continuación los inconvenientes (que sólo he visto 3 y son bastante pasables): 1. La calidad de sonido que escuchamos por los audífonos es perfecta para videollamadas (Teams, etc.) pero demasiado "metálico" si usamos en videojuegos. 2. La diadema a veces te se enreda en el pelo (si lo llevas cortito) y te pega tirones. 3. La almohadilla de los audífonos no es muy grande, con lo que si tus orejas tienen tamaño medio o grande, no las cubrirá por completo. RESUMEN GENERAL: Muy buena compra si se va a utilizar para oficina teniendo en cuenta los inconvenientes mencionados antes.
