While the process of uploading your photos, converting them to a painting look, and modifying the exposure might initially seem a tad complex, requiring two or three different apps, don't be deterred. Once you familiarize yourself with the steps, the procedure becomes straightforward, takes mere minutes, and is genuinely enjoyable. We showcased the Frame TV at a recent party, and it was nothing short of a showstopper. Many family members were in disbelief, mistaking it for a genuine painting rather than a television. For us, this TV was the perfect solution. With a smaller home, we didn't want our television to dominate our living room space. We had previously experimented with a projector on a blank wall, but it just didn't hit the mark in terms of style. The Samsung Frame TV, however, was the perfect blend of elegance and entertainment. DO NOT BUY THIS USED! We tried to buy this "like new" and it came with two "B" bottom pieces (literally the WRONG piece for the top-- no way it would fit!) essentially no top piece-- broken little clips, missing small pieces, etc. There are little small pieces, small stickers, etc. and the probability that someone who tried this on their tv put all the little pieces back is low. Without the corner connection pieces there is no way to make this look great-- don't take the risk. We repurchased brand new and it looks great. Note this is a sand gold, not a true gold, so it is a bit cool toned for a gold but we are happy.

We get tons of compliments. I really like how our tv looks like art rather than a big black screen.

Even though this product was pricier than we hoped it would be, it was still the best deal out of all of the vendor options. It does elevate the look and makes it more of a frame, than a regular TV. It’s a lighter shade of gold that is very modern yet classic. It was fairly easy to install.

The color of the sand gold is so good! The material of this is good quality and the size fit well on the appropriate TV size (50”). Each piece went on easily with the bottom piece being a bit different due to the sensor on the tv.

Fit was impossible so had to send it back, the corner pieces were cheap.

Be careful when trying to snap it on. Sharp edges on the gold bezel. I scratched my tv screen. Not as easy as you would thin and it’s difficult to line up correctly even when following directions. Also I agree with others. It looks more like a pale rose gold. Still pretty though. Would have liked to buy deco frame but I read theirs doesn’t have a sensor.

Beautiful but blocks the sensor for the remote which seems like a serious design flaw given I paid a few hundred dollars for a specifically designed Samsung accessory for this exact tv.

Installed in a literal minute! First time I bought a used product so I was a little concerned about what the condition would be. It's perfect. The material is high quality and the design is flawless.
