After I received the straps I opened the 8' strap just to inspect it. Upon inspetion I noticed the strap had a small snag in the polyester almost right in the middle of the strap. I decided it was not a big deal, cut it off and just let it go.I received an e-mail from GeaarAmerica shortly after asking me how I liked the product. Even though I was not making an issue out of the snag, since they asked, I took the opportunity to inform them of the flaw. I told them that I was not concerned about the integrity of the strap and I intended on keeping & using it. Nothing more said.A few weeks go by and the other day my wife informs me that I had a package delivered. Low & behold, GearAmerica went ahead & shipped me a brand new strap anyway. No questions asked. Great customer service.I'm giving the customer service a 5, only used the straps a little bit so can't really rat the performance. that will come next.

I didn't want us caught in a spot where we "needed" recovery gear and it wouldn't work, so we pulled them out of the nice covers, hooked them up and started pulling things - ourselves and multiple other vehicles. We even hooked up the tree strap and used it to hoist an engine through a pulley with the winch. No issues, no signs of wear and nothing I wouldn't do time and time again at this point! Definitely buying more.

I purchased the bundle pack which includes the 8' and the 20' strap. My straps are going to be used to tow an Indy open wheel race car. These straps are very durable and made to protect the surface of your vehicle. The straps are tough and I believe would pick my entire car off the ground. The carry bag will help keep the straps protected and secure inside. Haven't had to deal with customer service, but if they are anything like their straps, I'm sure they will go above and beyond to help with any issues.

Bought this as a winter time rescue item for my grandson and his 4 wheel drive vehicle. Decided on this selection based upon reviews. I especially liked the bundle package offered. This adds some versatility to snatch-and-pull attachments. Both items appear very well made and rugged. No ratings possible on stretch or durability as neither item has yet been used. My experience with such rescue straps over the years has been to buy quality items and they do not disappoint when put to use. As always, common sense and “safety first” should always be exercised. Here’s hoping for good results.

First major overlanding trip, and I had the opportunity to use my new winch, GearAmerica tree saver, tow strap and snatch block! A tree was blocking our path and I was able to pull the tree out of the way. The GearAmerica setup is easy to use, worked great with my synthetic winch rope, and because the color is bright orange, it was easy to spot when I dropped it in the leaves. Love it! I used the tow strap as a system to pull the tree as shown in the photos.

It's a good product, good solid stiching. Heavy duty fabric to take on lots of abuse from gravel, sand or mud. You still have to take of them, if they get wet hang them to dry before your next adventure. If not, you find yourself with moldy and rotten belt.

I unrolled them and I didn’t find any issues. They look well made and they easily fit back into their bags. I love it because the main 20 foot one fits perfectly by my full size spare for the 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. I will update my post once I use them.

High quality elastic that is durable. The straps seem her well crafted. A good purchase and good experience with the vendor.
