Prepare yourself to buy a thrilling book!
Reviewed by my daughter, Sahana,11 years oldThis book once again puts a curtain of suspense over your eyes and forces you to read until your eyes begin to drop. When Ivy finds her sister Scarlet in an asylum, she is immediately brought back to Rookwood where the horrific memories lurk again in Scarlet's head. There never will be a normal day at Rookwood even if the notorious Miss Fox had run away; there was someone else Scarlet and Ivy have to look out for. They ought to have secrets like Miss Fox did. If only someone or something could tell them to the world...This book is definitely worth your money and time and I recommend you read the first book, Scarlet and Ivy The Lost Twin, before you buy this one since this is a continuation of the first. I enjoyed this book a lot and I recommend this book to all ages.

Fantastic plot!
This series is fascinating and incredibly addictive!*I was very intrigued by the story line - and the total plot twist! Loved the touch of surprise. (actually more like burst of surprise :D)*The personalities were divine. I simply loved the way the author portrayed the characters, + the story was full of mystery…~Something to pick up on, sorry; it was a bit confusing. The constant change of perspectives were very creative…but did puzzle me a lot. But something beautifully special in this story makes me absolutely adore it! :)¬I recommend this for 9+. It is such a fabulous book that anyone of any age above 9+ can and should read!P$: Buy the first book if you haven't already: if you have read 'The Lost Twin'(first book) already - you MUST buy this book!Sincerely,The Bookworm;D

Amazing, except for one thing
This is an amazing book full of twist and turns. It has great descriptive language that I will keep in mind for storys I might write in the future. If you want a story full of similes and metaphors this is a book for you. The only thing I have to say is that it has a similar plot to the first book. Overall though, I think this is a fantastic story and plot , although Penny infuriates me like crazy - why cant she just forgive them? A solid 4 out of 5 and I cant wait to read more books in the series. Nothing will change my mind about that.Read on if you want massive spoilers .....your choice. This story is about the aftermath of book one it has now added Scarlettes point of view and we learn that she is a louder character then Ivy for sure. I get why they were all suspicious. Next, I would like to say how much I miss Adrianne as this book hardly has her in even after she is expelled for getting accused of starting a fire. Mr B annoys me with his terrible punishments and it confuses me that Penny is still mean, even though they proved they didnt do anything. Finally, I wish Scarlette was nicer to her sister!

My daughter is addicted!
My nine year old daughter is an avid book reader together with being very sociable and lively! She told me that at lunch time, she had read her book rather than play with her friends! I was really surprised and thought maybe she had fallen out with them!It soon became apparent the reason - she was completely addicted to this series! She walks home from school reading it, reads at every chance at home and protest when I turn the light out at bedtime. Then one day, she went into melt down when I hadn't ordered the next book in the series! This is not her usual behaviour! I can honestly say she has not been so gripped by any other book aside from Harry Potter!

Great read - My all time favourite book series! :)
This is an engaging, funny, wonderful book, simply even better than the first!Return back to Rookwood with Ivy, Ariadne, awful Penny but now nicer Nadia! Don't forget the new additions, Scarlett and Violet are back! Now Miss Fox is gone and we have Mr Bartholomew…But now with thrilling plot twists along the way, Sophie Cleverly weaves together another book. Then something terrible is found about the headmaster…Now we have to ask, what now?Read on to find out!Recommended to kids aged 9-12 though advanced seven year olds will have no trouble with this!Bought the third book too and certainly no regrets as it only gets better!Cheap as well, this book is pretty much perfect!Hope my review helped you! ^_^By Sophie aged 10 :)
