Writing this review after a week of purchase. The delivery was intact, and the product turned out perfect in size, quality, and finishing—exactly as shown in the image. It’s very comfortable to sit on, offers good storage, and feels sturdy. We had personally requested a quicker delivery than the mentioned timeline, and upon contacting Gulzar, he immediately arranged the dispatch. We received it even earlier than committed. Very friendly and accommodating service!

Unfortunately I got damaged part of Ottoman and requested for replacement or return... Never thought that seller will take this seriously and give us prompt respons, They approved our return request and update for pickup and called us for inconvenience caused and also confirmed our replacement instead of return as the product is lovely finishing and good space to store things and perfectly goes with my home interior... Will shop more 😄😄😄 Thank you...
