Great customer service
This is a good quality product. Although it was too big for the clock I requested a return and refund and they refunded straight away. Very good customer service and product. Just the wrong size for my clock. I did not check the measurements. Very happy with the service I received.

Utter rubbish
Took an ice age to arrive. The pointers were scratched and slightly bent on opening. I straightened them and put a battery in. It's running 10mins a day fast. So is pretty much useless. Can't be bothered faffing about returning it. It was BINNED

Good quality well packed, it could be suplyed with bracket but it is not the end of the world.

Keeps good time. Very lightweight hands.
We needed a replacement clock mechanism with long hands for our village hall to replace the original clock. The numerals were already fixed to the wall. This clock has done the job. The hand are very lightweight, so need to be handled with care. Also, it took quite a long time to arrive from China.
