Touch Free Small Business Time Clock AT-2700

This time clock is exactly what I was looking for. It keeps it simple, punch in/punch out. You can program it for your payroll cycle. The main reason I am giving it 5 stars is because of the excellent customer service I received. For whatever reason, the first clock I got didn't punch the time. I called the customer service # listed in the set-up guide, the rep had me try a few different things. When it didn't fix the problem, she immediately sent a new one out which I got in 2 days. You can be 100% confident ordering from this company. And the new time clock works great!!

I just got my time clock set up. It was super easy - only took me about 5 minutes total. We had a time clock from Allied Time before this one - it lasted at least 15 years, and I really think it was more than that!! It got dropped onto a concrete floor and broke apart or we'd still be using it. I see no reason that this one will be any different. And this one is MUCH easier to use - no need to line anything up - just drop the card in and the machine does the rest.

Only use 4day.it is not working any more.

I have had this machine for years. It has worked very well. No problems. I just misplaced the key and they are sending me another one. Thank you Allied Time.

i have the type of job where i am not required to punch in and punch out daily. however, most of my employment experience was based on using a time clock to record my hours. i don't have the discipline to record my hours day-to-day so i wanted a simple way to keep track of them. my colleague also uses my time clock to keep track of his hours; he says it's an easy way to record his hours. each morning and afternoon, i drop my card into the slot on the top, it's pulled down into the machine and the time and date are printed on it, and then it pops up for retrieval. the process is smooth and quick. the clarity of the print on the cards is ok. if there was a blank line that separates the weeks, it might make it easier to read; i'd also suggest a slightly larger print to make the time and date easier to read. something to keep in mind about this model is that it will NOT calculate the hours…it just simply records the date, day, and time. so far, i'm happy with this time clock!

I’ve never used a time clock before and I was pleased that this product was very easy to setup and operate. I had to call customer service on a special setting and they were easy to contact and they answemy questions quickly and thoroughly.

If a person uses a time card for an incorrect period (i.e. I have part-timers who will not realize a new time period has started and they'll clock in on last period's card.) . Suddenly I have a card which is double-printed and I cannot read the original information. This time clock is okay. Not great. I wish I'd spent more money and got one which calculated total time, etc.
