I have taken other digestive supplements with Bromelain in the past and felt it helped. In this case, there are several different enzymes so I wanted to try it out as well. I take probiotics pretty regularly. However, for me, I feel like these are helpful when taken with large meals as it really helps with digesting better and not feel as bloated afterwards. Also, since I don't always have this when out, I feel like I can tell a difference when I take these. I would recommend these supplements.

I've been taking these every day after dinner, for a few weeks now, and I really feel like they're helping with digestion and absorption of nutrients. I was a little bit put off by the idea of porcine, since I don't eat meat, but I decided to give it a try anyway. I haven't had any side effects at all, which I was a little concerned about regarding the pork derived ingredients.I love dairy, but sometimes I get a little bloated after eating it, but since taking these, I don't notice that anymore- and that is a big bonus for me!I love that it has papaya in it, since I don't like the taste or smell of it, so this is a good way to get the benefits.The pills are standard capsule size, nothing unusual, easy to swallow, no taste. The suggested daily intake is 1 pill after meals. I will probably continue taking these- but first I will stop for a week and see if I notice any differences without them, that will help decide their effectiveness. I expect that I will find things are better with them.

I've been taking this digestive supplement for couple weeks now and haven't noticed any changes or effects.On the positive side, there are not negative effects, which is nice.But for the price, one would expect some positive changes with digestion and perhaps weight loss (due to bromelain content), but alas.Not FDA approved either. Take at your own risk.

I've used Digestive Enzymes in the past, but not in capsule form. They were very helpful to me when trying to change my eating habits.I've been traveling a lot recently and so my diet hasn't been optimal and wanted to incorporate something to make sure the nutrients I'm consuming are being optimized properly.I've been using this product for a week (while in a hotel the entire time.)When adding these types of products to my supplement regimen, especially those for digestion, I know they are good when they don't cause major disruptions, and this hasn't. I've been eating restaurant food every meal for a week, and taking one capsule with my largest meal, and I think this has honestly helped me tremendously. I have been regular (as can be), and haven't felt like a bloated zombie.So, in that regard, I do believe it's doing its job, and quite well.I will continue to use this product and hopefully see even more benefits, as my eating routine is normalized again after a month of straight travel!Highly recommend.
