Honestly, it’s like I have new knees and my muscle pain and fatigue is virtually gone. I can even speed walk again. I wasn’t even expecting the pain relief and fluent mobility. That was a bonus!! I was just told that this is a great supplement to take if you’re working out. Amazing stuff!!

Really does work
I was a little hesitant because amino acids are generally just a protein but it REALLY DOES WORK. I waited to write a review for 2 months so i could report accurately. I'm a 61 yr old woman who loves cardio. After an accident, my muscles atrophied....started taking this and I have come back STRONGER than before the accident. I definitely feel stronger and my muscles are returning to normal in a VERY SHORT TIME. I will definitely be ordering more.
