This is my first set of chaffing dishes that I purchased for a party. The item arrived on time and was a prefect addition to the party. Quality was what I expected and good. I'm sure there are some out there that are higher in quality but they will set you back quite a bit and for the price, these are perfect! Highly recommend for a great outdoor party experience where you are feeding a lot of people. Kept the food hot, looked great, easy to set up and fold away for storage. Would purchase again if I needed additional chaffing dishes.

I ordered these for my son's graduation party. They worked awesome! We cooked hibachi with having rice, steak, shrimp and chicken in them. We put water between the two holders, and found that the large tins at Sams Club fit in nicely, so we didn't have to pour the food in after bringing it in from the Blackstone. We just set the tin in the one it comes with, which made for an easy clean up. They were also easy to assemble. We didn't use the covers much because we had a lot of people coming in and out to eat. The party went from 4-8 and the food stayed the perfect temp. The only thing that didn't work great was being able to cover the burners so they aren't so hot. That might have been my fault though not buying the right size of the fuel containers. The top part of them stuck up too high to put the cover over, to lower the heat. I believe you can buy ones where the top part doesn't stand so high up. So something to watch when you buy them if you want to turn down the heat. I will be using these again for our 4th of July party.

Well here is my review and it is somewhat mixed. First just like someone left in another post. They are thin and flimsy and I do not believe the pans and lids are really food grade stainless steel. More like stainless steel clad. Why I give it three stars. If you are someone who occaionally use chafing dishes this is better then the throw away aluminum pans. I would not cook in the pans but to serve in these they are more then adequate and less flimsy then the alternative. The pans also accept 1/2 and 1/3 hotel pans in the 9 quart water pan. That is a plus. Would I buy this again probably not but then I use them more often then twice a year. With proper care they should last. I do love the way they can be packed away in the box they come in except for the lids. So it depends on how you plan on using them.

Good quality! Great price! It kept my food cold and warm and it was awesome size. I used one for fruit and added ice at the bottom and the others I used for hamburger sides and meat.
