MAONO AU-A04 Condenser Microphone Kit (Pink)

Absolutely Disappointed with Amazon’s Irresponsibility! I purchased a microphone from Amazon, and this has turned out to be the most frustrating experience ever. The product is not working at all despite trying it on three different mobiles and one laptop. When I reached out to Amazon for support, they simply washed their hands off and told me to contact the seller directly. For the past three days, I have been trying to reach the seller, but there is no valid contact number and absolutely no response from them. Amazon, being the platform, should hold accountability, but they clearly don’t. Instead, they are pushing customers into a dead end. Customers should be very careful before buying such products. Always double-check the description box because once you get stuck with a faulty product, Amazon will show zero responsibility. On top of this, the one-month EMI scheme is another trap. They partner with Axio (their lending partner), and if extra EMI is debited, Amazon conveniently says it’s not their problem. Their customer care team is clueless, helpless, and not ready to take ownership of these issues. This entire experience shows how Amazon has shifted from being a customer-first platform to a company that just shrugs off responsibility. Extremely disappointed and will think twice before buying electronics from Amazon again

Accessories

The mic couldn't pick any high frequencies (above 70k Hz ). Everything sounded muffled, not clear, even after equalising. Most importantly, the customer service on replacement/ refund sucks. Amazon gotta step up.
