SOLIDWORKS 2018 Basic Tools 1st Edition

Textbook arrived well-packaged and in good condition. The price was considerably better than what my school bookstore wanted for it.

This book feels like it's been proofread many times to make it as understandable as possible. There are some parts where they skip over steps very common or the book would be a thousand pages. I am lucky to have an instructor close by to help me when I'm having trouble. Or I'd have to figure out my own solution. Kind of similar to the real-life use of Solidworks. 4/5

I had worked a little bit with Solidworks before for school, though never in depth. I still had my school edition so I decided to try and learn how to use it, so I bought this book. So far, it has been one of the best learning tools I have ever used. I feel as if understanding has more than doubled since reading this book. It provides a comprehensive and detailed guide to Solidworks which is better than any other guide I have seen or used. I would recommend this book to anyone that wants to begin using Solidworks, or would like to improve their abilities.

Very informative and easy to follow. There are some places where the author skips a step or two and there are quite a few typos, but otherwise this manual will get you on the right track to being a certified SOLIDWORKS associate.
