Very happy
I really like these shakes. I tried the variety pack first to get a feel for the flavours. I find them very tasty and bought a box of the strawberry flavour. They are low calorie and high protein so just what I wanted.

Looks awful, tastes awful, is awful.
Like so many of these products, very disappointing. Tastes awful. Doesn't fill you up. Doesn't really do anything. Just save you money. Just have a proper breakfast. You'll be fine.

Decent tasting
Sometimes I feel shakes with higher amounts of protein taste a bit odd but liked this one. Just mixed with water in a shaker which didn't take long and was a smooth consistency.

Diet shake
Not really good for me because I’m on a vlcd and this shake is slightly higher in calories than I want. It is a thick chocolate shake, can make it thinner by adding more water, and a more generous serving than most diet shakes. I found it to be a bit bland and I don’t think I will buy it again.

Good flavours, not filling and not recommended on an empty stomach
I added 450ml almond milk and drank the whole thing for lunch (currently on a soft food diet after a dental procedure) and I got hungry again after just under an hour. Currently 55kg & 5"6. So will be replacing one meal a day with this instead of just soups, maybe I'll try add bananas or avocados to make it more filling in the blender. Not much of a Meal Replacement as advertised though.

Chocolate - overpowering dampness smell
Really enjoying these sachets but the last 2 mixed flavour batches, I haven’t been able to use the chocolate flavour as both orders the chocolate had an over powering dampness smell to the point it could be smelt entering the room. Due to this I will not be ordering the mixed flavours again. There’s was no way I was attempting to eat it. I thought it was just a one off so ordered again to find the same problem. I will consider buying the vanilla or strawberry as they are very nice.
