1. Poor Drawer Quality & Design Stuck Drawer: Many users complain that the side drawer is flimsy, gets stuck easily, or does not slide smoothly. Phone/Tablet Slot Issues Too Narrow: The slot at the top (designed to hold a phone or tablet) is often too narrow. Case Incompatibility: If you have a protective case on your phone (like an OtterBox or even a standard silicone case), it likely will not fit in the slot. Users find this feature useless because they have to remove their phone case to use it. 3.
