Would this be a good starter guitar for a soon to be 7 year old girl?

Yes. I believe so. I recently purchased it for my 9 year old son but unfortunately I’m needing to return it because it was a tad too small. My son is tall and lanky though so he’s more like a 10-11 year old size. I think 7 would be perfect! The guitar itself seems to be nice quality for the price.
