Venom LED Light-up Console Stand (Xbox Series S)

Great stand, gets very bright but can be turned down if you want to. One small downside is the console is less sturdy when upright compared to flat, but this stand does make it a bit less likely to fall due to the higher sides. Just wish the sides were a bit taller. However if you are careful this isn't an issue. So 5 stars.

Venom Multi-Colour LED Light-up Console Stand A good stand and while the round disc built into the console is effective its when people either walking round the console or little ones touching it i felt the stand would be a better solution in making it a little more stable and harder to tip over which so far its does so i happy with that. The RGB lights are quite nice the light reflect around 35% of the console so its mainly at the bottom part of the console that gets lit up. The default colour is green probably to reflect the xbox colours these can be changed though on the back of the stand to pretty much any colour you like with the last effect going through all the colours in a strobe pattern. The brightness can be either dimmed or brightered depend on your needs with a press of the button at the back of the stand along with the power button to turn off/on. Once plugged in the stand powers up automatically and once the console powers down the stand remains lit so you do have to turn it off manually. I would point out though that the Xbox doesn't really turn off it basically goes into hibernation per say so this is probably the reason why it stays on as there still power to the USB ports. If your worried about the cooling aspects there are holes in the bottom of the stand it does slightly raise the console of the ground a few mm so im confident this wont have any effects on cooling nor does it cover any air intakes on the back of the console. Overall i bought my brother one of these last year and liked the stability so this is why i bought it which it does a good job. The lights a nice and bright in low light situations i wished the light could project more upwards further up the console however, im happy with the product.

I'm well aware that pre-ordering anything gaming related is frowned upon by large swathes of the community so I was a tad reluctant to do it on this item when I came across this last month BUT that said I did 'pull the trigger' straight away and I'm now so glad that I did. First thing first, it's made by Venom which is a manufacturer of items I've bought in the past so there was a degree of consumer confidence on my part that encouraged me to buy this. I was actually a rather excited when the Amazon​ driver delivered it earlier today in the afternoon. Anyway there's only so much you can write about a plastic base with LED lights in it that you sit a games console on so this will be short 'n sweet. It's obviously made of strong enough plastic which is ample and the build quality is decent too. Okay granted it's not dirt cheap at 25 quid but you can't be expecting too much for that figure either. It sits flush on whatever surface you place it on and the Series X slots in to it perfectly. The USB lead is just the right size to plug in to the back of the console and job done. It's got two USB ports on the back, both a 2.0 and a Type C, which is very handy for charging other accessories and devices. As well as an on/off button it's also got a light mode control button which are all things that the cheap LED stands never have so another big positive there. Turn it on and it really does just look outrageously cool, don't take my word for it just watch the video of it in action I've uploaded with this review instead. Bottom line is I'm more than satisfied with it so money well spent!

This looks fantastic and to be honest I bought it as a backdrop for behind the TV, elevated on a pre existing shelf. In the middle, I placed a RGB gaming headphone stand. Looks brilliant and practical too.... You don't even need and Xbox for this (I own a PC) There are numerous colours, including an option to cycle through all of them. There's even a dimmer button. Brilliant bit of kit.

This gives a nice 'ambience' but it has it's issues. Mainly, it doesn't switch off when you turn off the xbox (or maybe it comes back on, on it's own, can't really remember now, but there's an issue with it remaining on somehow!), is very bright and you see the individual led's. It could do with a diffuser to blend the led's so they appear as a bar. It has two buttons round the back (not everyone can reach the back easily), one for the light intensity and one for the colour of the led's. However, rather annoyingly, it resets the settings when you switch it off. I found a switched led cable so I could at least easily turn it off properly (but added expense). I feel it needs a bit more refinement. Venom should not really have released it until these niggles were sorted. I doubt they'll make any changes and I really doubt they'll offer replacements for us who bought this version. Looks nice but needs constant attention, should be better..

Saw this on amazon as a recommended product had a look and decided to buy really happy with product well made plastic base and the led lights look well made as well into the base of the product at first i thought it came with a remote control but doesn't and should as I have to place on the my xbox on the floor as opposed to being on a desk also the Control buttons are on the back which seems to me wrong they should be on the front or side of the base so is a little awkward turning on and off and changing the colours a remote control would have eliminated these issues and I would have paid more for this feature but happy with product maybe if the manufacturer sees this review may take into account my suggestions and might change for future modifications

This stand is pretty, super bright (although you can change the settings) and very easy to use. You can change the colors and the brightness. It plugs in the back of your Xbox buuuut. There’s just one issue I have. I turn off the light and my Xbox at night.. but for some reason in the middle of me sleeping the light randomly turns on. And burns my eye balls in the middle of my slumber. So unless you can sleep with lights on maybe it won’t bother you but I did scare me lol.

What I thought was a great idea is very much not. A couple of issues, it doesn't turn off when you turn off the xbox. Not an overly big issue, more of a pain in the ..... Now this is the big issue.... If you leave it plugged in to the xbox (plugs into the back via usb) and turn it off so there's no light. It will heat up the xbox even when the xbox is TURNED OFF!!! really not a good idea. The lights are bright and do look good though
