Easy to install for novice
I'm an IT geek, not a diy guy, and certainly not a plummer, heck I'm the guy that had to go out and buy a wrench after this arrived cos I didn't realise I didn't have one. This was easy to fit, and I'll just share a few thought.Bath taps can be a nightmare to get round behind, so prepare to get a bit frustrated, and use the right size tool - if you round off bolts as difficulty angles, you'll be screwed. My old taps, the rubber seal inside was knackered, which is why I think the taps were chugging and the boiler sounded like it was trying to leap off the wall. Thankfully, this set comes with all the rubber seals you need, so don't worry about saving the old ones or heading to B&Q.Also, all this comes is separate bits, meaning the two main bulky metal bits that come up from the bath and connect to the horizontal bit with the taps on, are easy to get nice and tight individually. There are no instructions, but you don't need em, you'll work it out, especially once you've remove the old stuff. All seems good quality too, very happy. In short, if you moved into a house with no shower like I did - don't even bath with those rubber hose tap shower head things, this wasn't that bad to install. Man I wish I did this a year ago...

Works on low pressure systems.
Finally fitted this tap at the end of a very long bathroom refurbishment.Like many others my water system is gravity fed but trying to find taps that work on very low pressure is becoming harder and harder especially with mixer taps because the internal waterways are so small it restricts flow. These taps are great my water pressure in the bathroom is under 0.2 bar but these taps still manage to give decent flow, the quality also seems very good, its hard to believe this mixer tap cost less than £25, but time will tell if it will last.If you have a gravity fed system I thoroughly recommend this tap and even if you don't its still a good buy.

Don't waste your money - substandard in every way that counts.
This initially looked good but once installed we found out that the water pressure was not good, and you have to turn the faucet handles several revolutions before you can even get substandard pressure. We initially decided to put up with it rather than have to pay again for a plumber to replace it. However, 3 months after installation the tap started leaking. Complete waste of time and we are very annoyed that we will be paying again to have them replaced.

Usable (But Not Any More!-See Update) I Would Not Buy Again
UPDATE: 18 months after fitting the hot tap finally gave up. It had been getting harder to turn on for some time. Today (Aug 25th 2019) it was taking so much force that I feared breaking it and having it pouring water without being able to shut it off. Not impressed. Lowering to 2-stars as there may be units that work fine for many years but I doubt it.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Needed a replacement for a similar unit. Fortunately the centers matched the old one so we could use the old risers.Installation was a breeze not having to do anything other than turning off the and draining the system, unbolting the old and screwing on the new.But only 3-stars.I reused the old shower head as the handle on the new one felt a lot cheaper, less refined compared to the old one.I would have used the old lever to change from shower to bath as the new one is too long and is too close to the taps that are also a little larger than the the old pair. I could not remove the old lever and the new taps (the things you turn) had a larger diameter spindle so were not interchangeable. It did come with all the required washers. Make sure you do not over-tighten the nuts, they only need to be a little tighter than finger-tight.The outlet is just a large opening so water pouring out is a little splashy, less controlled and maybe noisier. The old unit had a diffuser.Note this unit comes with compression washers which probably makes it easier to control temperature (good for mum) than the ceramic washers but take many turns to open and close (annoying for me).A small thing, the outlet was longer on this unit so the water came out directly above the drain compared to the old unit. Others may like that, I would probably prefer water not to go straight down the drain. But, as I said, a small thing. This is something you may want to look at in a store even if it costs more. Not worth returning but I wouldn't buy again.

Good
The old one I had was nackerd. We used the original pillars. As we couldn't get to them to remove. This fitted straight on. In under 10 minutes. And works a treat. Up date. Have had these for a year now. Great quick fix. But the mixer lever doesn't mix the water/ to hot or cold. Comes lose and needs tightening weekly. As do the parts you turn on the taps. Making then drip. If you can get a more expensive one .

Leaking after three months. Very dissapointed
These taps were really poor quality and did not last three months, all the fittings were poorly made, the taps were constantly dripping until eventually they just broke, would not recommend

Low quality!!
Not even two years of life and is totally falling apart.Cartridge for hot water is broken and is already 6 month that I can t use the tap but just the shower.Try to contact the company they do not even find for me the part to replace, and off course they refuse to change the product.
