High quality timer switch.
This item is a pushbutton timer. I installed two in each bathroom. One controls lights and the other is for the fan. Very nice because those would get left on all the time. Now they shut off automatically when time is up. Just select correct button when entering the room to set timer. Very nice upgrade. Colored faceplates (almond. ivory etc) can be purchased to match what you have. LED indicator on each button. Used WAGO lever nuts for easy install

Nice problem solver
Wish we had these installed in the bathrooms when we first moved into our house. Absolutely solves the problem of forgetting to turn off the bathroom fans, especially since there is no "always on" button. They fit right into where our existing rocker switches were, easy installation, nice button action & indicator light, and they work exactly as advertised.

Beautiful, functional, efficient
I purchased one unit to assess installation and function. As a result I purchased 3 more. Good switches but not the most durable
Clear instructions make installation easy, and they work well. However the plastic backer plate make them less durable than other switches (Lutron switches are metal). Also the switch panel itself is just clipped onto the backer black plastic plate, which is flimsy at best. So one star off for that.In my photo see this switch on the right and a Lutron dimmer on the left

Simple and easy
Wired this up myself. Very simple and love the timer. My kids turn on the bathroom fan and never shut it off. Now I don’t have to worry about that.
