I tried this product for the first time as i wanted to add a little something to the room, after reading reviews i knew it gave a soft finish which is what i wanted. I was not disappointed, it’s brilliant. Ive now had to stop myself getting carried away! The glitter mixes well and gives a beautiful sheen. Great for giving a little lift, subtle but adds a touch of class.

Absolutely FANTASTIC !! We have a very thickly textured Artexed ceiling in the lounge which I painted using your gold glitter additive and it looked, A - MA - ZING !! ( To pinch a certain someone's catchphrase) . I mixed it with magnolia emulsion paint first - at the suggested ratio,and we were so pleased with the effect that I decided to re- do it with an increased amount of gold glitter mixed with a water based clear varnish ( slightly watered down to give a silk finish and the result is UNBELEIVABLE ! It's a very subtle effect that glints in different places at different angles, and certainly does not look at all "tacky" , and has become a talking point with all who see it. I've used it on walls as well - it really does transform your interior decorations. TRY IT ! - you won't be disappointed. Cheers! Tony.

The media could not be loaded. Don't expect a full on glittery wall that sparkles like a Christmas card.This is a really subtle glittery effect that is so subtle you could easily miss it.We used a quality silk emulsion and did two coats on the wall. Then, we had approximately 1.5 litres of paint left and poured the whole pack in and stirred it until fully mixed.Using a medium pile roller we did two coats of the glitter paint in thin layers. Initially it was difficult to tell if the glitter was on the wall, especially as it was silk and light was reflecting on it hiding the effect.Once it had dried we stepped back and couldn't see anything! Feeling disappointed we started to consider buying a silver glitter to redo... then we looked at an angle in the sunlight and caught a glimmer of sparkling light... Nice but extremely subtle.We waited until it got dark and put the ceiling light on, excited to see the results... nothing!My daughter then got her phone out, turned on the torch and HEY PRESTO the wall lit up sparkling away.The next step was to experiment with lighting. Using a halogen spotlight, the bright light really brings the white glitter to life.Basically, don't expect in your face sparkling. This white glitter is extremely subtle but with the right lighting has a lovely effect.My daughter is now really pleased to have crisp white walls that glitter when she wants them to.

Tried these after researching and was glad I bought them. They work well and give a lovely shine without having to buff afterwards. I used with thick paint and it still glitters brilliantly.

Easy to apply as I just mixed it in with the paint I was using.It went really well and looked fab however I think I used the glitter with a too dark colour as I've applied it on my walls and I can't really see the glitter that well ☹ used in a lighter colour I'm sure this will be fine.

Great glitter

Had used a cheaper brand of glitter paint additive before and had been impressed with it. The one we used before only came in silver and gold and so when it came to freshening things up we wanted try a bit of extra colour this time. Went with vItrus turquoise and used it in a white paint, but have been very disappointed in the results. It's simply a patchy mess. Followed the instructions exactly and used the exact same paint as we did previously. Even after buffing it, a) it's still just a patchy mess and b) it really doesn't sparkle, in fact it's really just a darker patchy mess.Now I'm not sure whether it's the fact that we used the colour glitter in white paint rather than the silver that makes it so bad or it is this particular brand, but unfortunately we are going to have to cover it up. Will just go back to the same glitter additive I used previously and stick with silver in the white paint.

The media could not be loaded. Bought this product to add into the paint for my daughters room amd it did not dissapoint! I used 3 packets for a 1 gallon paint. It gives the room that extra umf it needs for a little girls room.I painted a ponk mauve color and ordered the rose gold glitter and it was perfect.

The media could not be loaded. Added two packets to about 3/4 gallon of paint. The glitter is very fine grain. After drying I used the recommended pads, but had a very large area to do. I didn’t like the “streaks” it left due to uneven pressure points. So I used I rough terry cloth bar towel over my flat mop and scrubbed the walls with that. It worked just as well and a lot quicker. My daughter loves it and doesn’t want to leave her room now.

This stuff is great. I mixed it with dark green and my wall is all glittery. It looks especially nice at night when the street light outside makes it glitter. Looks very festive.

This product did NOT sparkle in the paint at all. I could not believe that this Buyer sells this product on AMAZON.. I am VERY dissapointed. I am usually not a bad reviewer for minor defects especially when I can get past it, but this product is useless and DOES NOT sparkle at all in my paint. Please DO NOT buy this product.
