Still, the best brand out there.I've tried others waste of money.This is the best!!
I've tried other brands and they just don't compare to this. This always activates super quickly in my bread or whatever I'm baking with this always seems to rise and keep its consistency when I use this brand I'm sorry, but my opinion is this is the best brand out there no I'm not sorry, it is the best brand out there. It's a good price too once you open the bag, make sure you keep You're Yeast fresh , you can keep it in a mason jar and use it in one of those little vacuum , seal things that seals the lids on the jars, or you can keep it in the freezer. If you're used, it does not activate your water or milk is either too hot. That you put it in and it has to be a 110° any hotter, it kills the yeast, I just learned that recently, and if it does not activate your yeast is dead, throw it out, start over or get new used. This is the best out there and this is an amazing price. It's not that hard to keep it fresh. You don't have to buy the tiny packets when you can store it yourself. The bag seal back sturdy.The baking ability is the best out there.And storage capacity is great.There's many ways to store it. In the sturdiness of the bag sits flat when you're trying to scoop it out

Love That Homemade Bread
This sis the Best of The Best as far as the wife is concerned. It makes her dough rise perfectly every time and when stored in small vacuum sealed pouches placed in the freezer it lasts for years. She stores one unopened one in the freezer until ready to make her measured amounts in packets. Always functions as intended with her breads doughs. So far always has come with an Excellent future expiration date. At holidays the package is easily resealable and compact for storage.
