Terrible customer service, they do not stand behind their products.
I bought this bottle, and it arrived defective. The company only wanted to reimburse me 20% at first, then 50%, then 70%. This is my third bottle, and I never had an issue with the other bottles coming apart and spilling everywhere. I expected 100% reimbursement, but they refused. Thankfully, Amazon came through and reimbursed me 100%. I would be cautious purchasing from this company, they do not stand behind their products and customer service is terrible.
