Very useful
Used in BitFenix Prodigy M when mounting card vertically

They work, but needed two packs.
I was upgrading an old HTPC case into a gaming system for my son and needed these adaptors as my GTX 980 required two 6 pin PCIe plugs connected from the top. This meant the case lid wouldn't close properly without squashing the PCIe cables hard against the GPU, which wasn't ideal. These adaptors routed the cables away from the lid and down the side of the GPU allowing the lid to be shut safely. Easy to fit and they work perfectly, GPU was chugging away on full load without power issues. If you have a GPU which requires two PCIe plugs you will likely need two packs of these as they come in packs of 1 x standard and 1 reverse. I needed two standard type, so spent double to get what I needed. Won't drop a star for that as the product itself and service was faultless.

My latest PC build, I have been going for a clean install, with minimal cables visible. Leave it up to the video card to toss a wrench in the plan... My card has twin 6-pin plugs for auxiliary power, of course facing straight off the "top" of the card toward to side of the case. I had tried several different wiring tactics to best "de-ugly" the pair of PCI-E cables going to the middle of my build. But no matter what I tried, it was still fugly. THEN I found these 6-pin PCI-E cable adapters designed for video cards. They come as a pair, one piece of each made to flip the cable "up" and over the card (marked "STD"), and one to send it down and under (marked RVS for reverse). My GPU, being a dual-slot card, needed the STD version. But my card also has TWO 6-pin plugs, so I needed TWO of the STD adapters, meaning I had to buy TWO of these sets - so make sure you plan and order correctly. These 180-degree adapters did exactly what I needed them to do - cleanly get the cables going back toward the motherboard. And I had bought some nice PCI-E extension cables to complete clean and subtle look. The adapters are plastic, but have a clean looking beveled "cap" on then, so they look great in my system. They plug in securely with no issues. Once plugged in, there’s about 5mm of clearance over the back of the GPU card, so if you have a backplate, you’ll have room, though not for a really thick one. RECOMMENDED!

Great quality for the price, and they look good in general. I purchased this to use along with a set of 8-pin PCIe U-turn standard plugs that I had purchased previously from this company. I needed to use one of each, as my RTX 2070Super requires an 8-pin and a 6-pin.

Purchased these for a Lenovo M920t that seems to be "anti-gamer PC". Almost every aspect of this tower prevents you from making it a gaming PC. Custom power supply, shallow front to back tower, drive tray hits 6 pin PCI-E power adapter. Set includes two adapters depending on which way your power socket is on your graphics card. One hit the fan shroud of a GTX 1650. The other one made it over the back, but hit a portion of the case. This really isn't the connectors fault. If they were L shaped vs U shaped it would've worked. The downside to the design is there is no retaining clip, so they can just fall out of the power socket. Besides that they appear to be of decent quality, but didn't work for my situation.

It should work with most gaming Nvidia cards and Radeon cards. The cable was routed behind (closer to CPU) and then I attached this firmly to cable. Finally, I firmly attached to the graphics card. No issue with heat building up on connector. Full power delivered. I think it is worth doing just to prevent the cable from bending so much just to make a connection to the graphics card.

Best thing you can do. This and a 90 turn for your 24-pin ATX and you're looking sharp and clean!
