Great power bank
Great so far but I have not used it camping yet. I ran my CPAP on this with full humidity and heated tubing and it drained to 48 percent over night. AC charging is quick and easy while the solar is dependent on the day and the amount of sun. The weight is fine and not awkward to handle and no issues with power so far while using at home. For an update I used this camping in 34 degree weather and while the battery did hold up it dropped to 16 percent from 100 in 9hrs with just the CPAP using power. I will say a single 200W solar panel may not be enough depending on how much direct sunlight you get during the day.

It Is What It Is
Portable power station. I've had this for I think a year and a half now, and it performs exactly as advertised. It's gotten me thru a couple short-term power outages and it stays plugged in with various plugs and adaptors for charging all my gizmos. It also serves as an uninterrupted power supply for my 3D printer. I haven't tried the solar panel yet but it seems fine.

This device is awesome!
I ordered three of these with 200w solar panels and extra batteries. I wanted these for a few reasons. If there is a long-term power outage, I can keep my generators going for quite awhile, and fuel might be hard to come by during a long-term outage. These devices are quiet. I can run them in my house. I just wanted solar generators to power my boiler and my fridge. I estimate I can run my fridge for about 14 to 16 hours with one of these based on a 4 hour test, and that was without the expansion battery. I am not positive on the wattage my boiler uses, but I am sure my set-up would be able to run it for a long time as most boilers are a fairly low power draw.. I kind of agree with a previous reviewer. I think it might be better to get extra units instead of the extra battery packs if your use will fall below the 1400 watts that the generator can pass through as a UPS. The extra battery charges around 625w off outlet power. It has been snowing around here, and I have been unable to test the solar charging speed of the extra battery. If that is close to 600w, I will be happy with that. I know the extra units would charge quicker on a standard outlet than charging the extra batteries, and the expansion batteries cannot be charged independently. I like the idea of having multiple units as I get more wattage if necessary to run more devices. I do not want to run my entire house if there is a hack on the power grid. I just want to heat my house if it is cold or run my fridge and some fans in summer. I am going to install transfer switches at my panel to run my boiler and fridge. I also have a 400w Ego Nexus and six 5 AH batteries I can use to charge these generators should the need arise. It is an added benefit that I can take these camping. I bought everything on sale. It was $899 for the C1000 with a 200w solar panel. The extra battery was $550. For the money I spent buying three units, I could have bought an Anker F3800. However, I would still have to buy a lot solar panels to feed that unit which would be a significant additional expense. I also would not want to take an F3800 camping. I wish Anker would put a fan in the extra battery so it could be charged quicker and add a way for it to be charged independently. The battery is close enough to the same price as an extra unit that I am literally not sure if it is better to buy that or an additional unit. I also wish Anker would come up with a compartment like they did for their C800 model. They could even offer the lights to those who wanted them. I just think that would be a great place to store the cable. Edit: I ordered a kit which included the power station and a 200w solar panel. I only received tracking information for the power station. Amazon marked everything as delivered when the power station was delivered. My solar panels showed up about 5 days later. I wish it would have been marked by Anker as separate shipments because one item was delivered by UPS and the other by FedEx.

Quality, reliability, ease of set up and use
Exactly what I needed as my emergency back up. Solar panels are great and charge the Anker as expected. Having the 4 USB ports and six plug sockets more than meets my needs.

Product seems very good, but be aware of its limitations
I ordered the C1000 + 200W solar panel bundle, which seemed like a great deal. The gear arrived ahead of schedule. No damage, all good. But when I unpacked the solar panel it had a VERY strong mildew odor. It's noticeable ten feet away from the panel. There's no sign of mildew on the outside - it's coming from inside the panel assembly. This suggest some moisture was still present in the panel when it was packed. But the panel does work. My concern with this is mildew on the panel's internal electrical parts could lead to corrosion and eventually premature failure of the panel. So I opened a support ticket with Anker requesting a replacement panel. They sent a canned response asking me to supply information about the issue, including a video. I am not skilled enough to photograph a nasty smell so how am I supposed to supply that. Lol. Meanwhile Anker has not responded in any way except for the original canned email. They have been useless. Nothing I try seems to reduce or eliminate the mildew smell. So I guess since the panel works, I'm stuck with that. Seems to be a very good product except for the rank smell from the panel. Forget getting any assistance or even an explanation from Anker Support on an issue like that. The panel is sitting ten feet from me right now and I can smell mildew. EDIT: Anker Support did eventually reach out to me and offered to replace the panel. The replacement arrived 8 days after I returned the original one. The new panel seems to be a later revision of the one I returned. This one doesn't have even a hint of mildew smell. Yay. It's a partly cloudy day here with lots of full sun breaks. I'm getting a steady 180W of charging from the panel during sun breaks, with occasional peaks >200W. Angle & orientation are obviously very important to getting the best out of it so every half hour or so I adjust the position for optimal sun exposure. The panel is VERY sensitive to even the lightest cloud cover. Output falls seriously. But with full sun it delivers what is promised. The overall capacity of the unit is not sufficient to run anything that draws a lot of power for a long time. I'm thinking of a 2nd 200W panel and the expansion battery. The C1000(X) seems to be performing very well. No glitches to report. The app seems to work well too. I'm raising my rating from 3 stars to 4 stars because everything is working as promised. Just don't be overly optimistic about how long a package of this size can power your "everything". Charge your phone dozens of times? Yes. Run your computer, internet system, and maybe a couple appliances like say a TV? Runtime will be relatively limited. All in all I'm happy - got what I paid for.

Very handy and robust power block!
After charging to 100% about a year ago i had an outage for a bit over an hour. My 1/3hp 120v sump pump operating off of a float ran about every 5 minutes for about 15 seconds. When I used the power block it was still at 100% when starting the outage. After over 1 hour it still had 94% remaining. Very nice that I didn't have to get the generator out immediately. I haven't tried the solar power charging but am pleased with the little test I did give it. Because of the fast 120 charging time I may get another block with the added battery to charge from the generator. The gas used to run the pump and charge the block would last a long time if using back and forth.

It was exactly as I wanted. I appreciate the app as well to monitor the power station data. The order was shipped in 2 boxes from 2 carriers which I was not aware of. Their Customer Support could NOT have been more helpful with their timely follow up and accurate information. Absolutely seamless!

Overall very happy with the battery performance and charge rate. Unfortunately, the solar panel is not as great. Although it says it comes with the 531 panel, the panel shipped has straps with snaps that are used to alter the angle, unlike the Anker 531 solar panel which has a second arm with stops to adjust the angle. One of the snaps was seized out of the box and broke when opened. I also imagine the snaps will rust if exposed to the elements, unlike the design of the 531 panels featured on the Anker website.

This battery unit is my sole power supply in my van. Run a Chinese diesel heater, roof vent, and phone charger every night and can get 3 days out of one charge. Well built, will be sticking with Anker for my next purchase.

Receive on the solar panels. The generator was not delivered. Update 18Jun24: spoke with Anker customer service, these items are shipped separately. Unfortunately, Amazon's tracking system recognizes the delivery of half the shipment as complete. 24Jun24 generator was received.

I bought and paid for the Anker SOLIX C1000 Portable Power Station with 200W Solar Panel but only the solar panel was delivered and the status of my order shows 'delivered'. Two days later and Anker still hasn't answered my complaint.
