From Toledo in Spain comes this beautiful seafood pate, made from Bacalao - Spanish salt-cod. A light mousse has been made from salt-cod, olive oil, milk and a touch of garlic. No artificial flavours, colourings or preservatives! Presented in a traditional glass jar with paper bonnet and wax seal.
