Q: I have natural level 5 hair. Will this show at all? I just want a tint of blue or purple if either will show

It will show up. A little more than a tint though. I have level 3 hair naturally so I lighten mine first.

Q: Do I shampoo the product out after 20 minutes or just rinse it water?

Our color is super conditioning, but if you normally struggle, we would recommend applying it on lightly damp hair, and leaving it on for a longer amount of time.
