This is the best green chili sauce. I buy it all the time to make green chili stew. Their red chili mix is also fabulous!

Carefully note the size of the jugs. Even though it's stated clearly, it might not sink in - they're only 24 oz each BY WEIGHT, though they're shaped like similar much larger jugs and you might think you're getting much more, like I did. They're each only about 2-3 cups by volume. That being said, it's tasty. But I'll keep shopping for another brand at half that price!

I've searched decades for an authentic taste of the homeland New Mexico. If you've tried NM chile you know there's nothing like it, & it's almost impossible to find that authentic taste outside the state. A NM facebook cooking group raved about this sauce so I tried on my enchiladas. What a treat! I finally found my go-to red sauce! If you love NM cuisine, you need this red chile in your kitchen!

I didnt read the description too close, my bad, but for $43 one would expect a couple of jugs totaling a gallon or somewhere around there. These bottles are about the size of ketchup bottles. Dinky…..these will be some expensive enchiladas. What the heck is this spoon with a clamp used for?
